Taco Bell — Restaurant in Carson

​I recently had an experience at the Taco Bell on 22235 South Main St in Carson, CA that I feel compelled to share. It was truly exceptional, and it all came down to a drive-thru employee named Chinonso. ​I've been to many fast-food restaurants, but Chinonso's service stood out in a way that felt deeply sincere and genuine. From the moment he greeted me, his professionalism and kindness were evident. He addressed me as "my good sir," a small detail that made me feel so respected and valued as a customer. ​What really touched me was his patience. I wasn't rushed or hurried while I placed my order, which is a common experience at busy drive-thrus. He gave me the time I needed, and when he asked if I wanted to add anything, it wasn't an upsell. It felt like a genuine, caring question from someone who wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. ​Chinonso's interaction with me was a beautiful example of how small acts of kindness and respect can make a huge difference in someone's day. His approach to customer service is something truly special. Taco Bell, if you are reading this, please know that you have an extraordinary employee in Chinonso. His ability to connect with people and provide such a high level of service is a rare gift, and it's something that should be celebrated...

It's a taco bell, the food in general should be all the same at all Taco bell's, so my rating here is not based on the actual quality or taste of the food, it's just based on how relative the quality is to other taco bells.

This one is good, there is a drive-thru which takes some time but it's understandable at this time with the staff shortage and covid... I still have no idea how people are not working and living.. but anyway the person who answered my order was sharp quick and friendly, got my hot sauce which is a must, they were out of the Mexican pizzas which kind of defeats the purpose of going to talk about on the first place, but I don't think that's really their fault. I'll be going back there because of their friendly service and because I am a fast food junkie apparently and because they're open till 3:00 a.m. which is basically the only reason I went there. But anyways five stars.

Came here to get food for me and my son on 6/27/2018. I ordered the stuffed crunch quesadilla and the XXL burrito. I got to the window the young female employee saw me, said something to a male employee who then looked over at me. Then another male employee handed my food. He asked me if I wanted and sauce, I told him no and then he asked me if I was sure. I told him I was sure. Very Strange! So my son gave me have of his XXL burrito I had plan to save the stuffed crunch quesadilla for later. After eating the burrito within a hour or two my son and I had bad stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea all night. I throw out the quesadilla and attended to myself and my son. Whatever was wring with that burrito made us sick. It could have been old the guacamole inside could have been old. So many possibilities. They will get a call from and I will never be returning there again. I hope they shut that place down or get rid of those employees. Actually No Stars for...
