Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Carson

I have yet to get a fresh order here in over 20 years LOL. I have no idea how everything comes out of this location lukewarm? To top it off it doesn't even taste good anymore. Not even the breakfast! How can you ruin the breakfast ?! Last time I got breakfast here the eggs was literally full of brown burnt skin un edible and the bacon was cold and chewy ! Hashbrown was its signature cold covered in grease greatness smh. I ate 2 bites of my breakfast sandwich and had to give it to my dogs and they didn't even eat it ! The burgers are just HORRIBLE here. Always cold with the soggy bacon with the signature cold fries ! I think after 20 years of giving this location repeat tries in hopes of it changing that they would at least improve a little, but nope I was their recently and the quality hasn't changed. Do yourself a favor and save some money because this location doesn't even give you full orders when you order large and its cold. Sometimes edible and sometimes not. Only reason I've came here throughout the years because I'm in the area alot and need a quick bite but man this location needs a pick me up ! Worst experience ever with a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant I order two country Scramble breakfast and a chicken nugget kids meal my Order was missing items I paid extra for when calling I realize they didn’t give me a receipt for my order so I called the lady stated I could pick up my free meal when picking up my free meal everything was burnt and it took about three shift leader to tell me only one person can help which name is Karla the manager a shift leader Irene as well as Cesar and a guy that never left his name to me all was very rude was not very helpful the shift leader Cesar blame me for them not giving me my receipt and was not trying to help me or was nice about the mistake on my whole experience I would like for all of them to have some type of consequences for their horrible customer service I would not recommend this restaurant to no one ever you will be better off driving somewhere else now they said I have to come in to talk to the manager due to there mistake I’m very upset and hope I will never experience anything like this again or anyone have to go threw this , this...

Everynight after work I order 3 and most of the time 6 eggrolls. Tonight i ordered 3 eggrolls and 1 cheese cake. I got my order in less than 2 minutes. When I got home and about to eat the eggrolls I found out that 2 of the 3 eggrolls are burnt and it looked like they were fried 2 or more times. This probably happened 3 times already that I got burnt or sometimes soggy eggrolls. So this time I'm pissed and starving and took it back to the store and told the cashier on the speaker phone that I'm returning the burnt eggrolls that I bought earlier. He asked me to go to the window and waited for maybe 3 minutes before getting my replacement eggrolls. The guy didn't say sorry or anything, so I drove off.
