The rude woman rushed us through ordering our food in the drive through after telling my husband what he ordered was nasty. After pulling up to the window the cashier confirmed my order but was missing my small orange juice. I pointed out it was missing and He then closed the window for a few seconds and when he opened told me my total. After handing my almost all my items they closed the window and I still didn’t have my orange juice.they opened the window and the woman said what do you want, I then told her I was missing my orange juice and needed jelly. She then stated she forgot to ring up my juice so I said okay I’ll add it now. She told me I wasn’t allowed to add it at the window even though it was her mistake. Read moreWell, I reckon the “world- famous” Martins restaurant on West Ave. in Cartersville, Ga. is trying to run themselves out of business. If you’re willing to sit in the right travel lane of a state highway for thirty minutes, risking causing an accident, you can be treated to drive-thru ordering biscuits for the entire congregation. If you approach the walk up window for one biscuit, you can be scolded and cast away for making the manager “walk all the way down there” to order a biscuit. If you’re foolish enough to return, you can pay $10 for a pork loin biscuit and country ham biscuit that aren’t cooked and will certainly send you to the cardiology unit a the medical center. Martins used to be amazing!! It sucks now, like everything else. There are no employees, except lazy inept individuals with zero social skills. I’m cooking at home from now own. Martins sucks!!...

I do wish this location could remember condiments requested at the speaker but, that speaker hasn’t worked properly in all it’s years so, I give the humans grace and remind myself to request them at the window. Why this location gets the shaft baffles me. It’s been a staple to some of this town’s hardest working folks for as long as I can recall. The line into the road sucks and I’m pretty sure they don’t pay the neighbors rent for those parking spaces and the thru traffic and to me, they (both the gas station and the hard working staff) deserve better than what the upper management has handed them. Price increase, default large, and the line indicate that there should be room...
