McDonald's — Restaurant in Carterville

This McDonald's is always so rude and never get orders right. Even simple things like a bottle of water is too much to ask of them. They forgot a bottle of water with my order this morning in the drive through and I had to park and go inside to get it. I waited for five minutes for an employee to even come to the counter. I said hi i just need to grab a bottle of water please. Went through the drive through and didn't get it. Crystal, the MANAGER, replied in a short not friendly tone "just a minute" and started to take someone's order. I said "it's just a bottle of water. Can I get it real quick?". "Just a sec". ZERO reason she couldn't just grab the water and hand it to me. We go there frequently. 75% of our orders are incorrect and missing items. Staff is always rude. I've calculated nearly $300 in missing items from orders. Calls to management get zero response. The staff have been overtly rude even when we remain polite and address issies without ever raising our voices or being rude. Sadly there's only one place to drive through in the a.m. to get coffee in this town so they think it's okay to treat repeat customers like garbage. I will drive to another town instead of going there from now on. Please please hire new management....

I came through this morning and purchased one of the new deluxe chicken sandwich combos and one of the spicy chicken sandwich combos. On the deluxe I asked for extra mayonnaise. On the spicy I asked for extra pickles. While in the drive thru I asked for some mayonnaise packets. I was told they didn't have any so I then asked for a cup of mayonnaise. I was refused that as well. I went a head and took my food and went home. When I got home both of our sandwiches were messed up. The one with mayo had no mayonnaise and the one with the extra pickles had no pickles. We were so frustrated we trashed the food and ate elsewhere. Afterwards I decided to call mcdonalds to inquire about a refund. I spoke to two different managers. The second one said that she would have to call her gm to find out what to do. When she got back on the phone she requested that I dig the food out of my trash can and bring it up there if I wanted my refund. Not only is that very unsanitary it was also extremely disrespectful. Pulled up to order as follows; Hamburger Happy meal, white milk, double cheeseburger, medium fries, medium mocha frappe. Was pulled up to the pay window and told I could not use the receipt from last visit because a Happy meal did not count as the higher or lower priced item. Also had requested extra fries instead of the apple, was told that they no longer do that, even though I have done it many times before. Got up to the window got two straws Happy meal (without extra fries) and the double cheeseburger and fries. I was ve y upset so drive off with my frappe.. My fault. Tried to call to see if I could a refund or a frappe. No answer which has happened a lot of times before. Will go back and order again and see what happens . I do know when you order a breakfast burrito with out cheese you do not get as much filling as much in one with cheese. Don't know if it's ew management or what, was...
