Hardee's — Restaurant in Carthage

I actually did a drive-thru today. I had coupons for two sandwiches and when I'm very nice cashier named Sami told me my total of $23.35 I about crooked. I ordered one combo with $2 off and one sandwich with $2 off a small Coke and an apple turnover deal. That is an absurd price for no more than I got. And while I have the time to comment on quality the flavor was great but there's always way too much Mayo on the sandwiches and the hamburger slides off the buns. Waited almost 35 minutes, after going in twice to see what was taking so long I tried to just get a refund. Was told by one employee that she doesn't do refunds. The manager said she was from another store and didn't know how to do refunds. When food finally came some of our fries were not cooked at all raw fries mixed with cooked fries. And sandwich bun had chunks out of it my daughter thought someone took bites out of her sandwich. Would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely won't be a...

I was there at 5:24am and the store was closed. I was there to 5:40-5:45a.m. . I called and called until someone answered. There was one car there. I called inside to the store and employee answered and said there was not enough staff and they would open later today at 6am. I doubt it...The staff had not shown up yet as of 5:45am! There was NO sign on the Lobby Door ! This store has let me down more then once. Is the store going to hire more folks? Is there store closing for good? Maybe...
