I was very disappointed from the moment I tried to get my pizza. The lady who was cashing me out wasn't to friendly towards me. I said I had a coupon for 50 off she told me I needed to buy another pizza...trying to rush me into buying another I said no thank you. She told me it was $15 and some change. I pointed out that the coupon does say 1 pizza 1/2 off...she said that's not the coupon that's usually used. When she cashed me out it still came to $10(how is that half off?) So I called on my way home...which I don't live in caver and told them that. They just want to go back and forth with me and finally said.. what do you want..the dollar back?. Well I was done and this point and my pizza was on the burnt side...ugh. All they needed to do was apologize instead of me telling them that. I will not be going back anytime soon with not very nice customer service. To think I was excited to go there and drive all that way. They should treat there customers better. Maybe because I'm not a regular? Not sure but it would have been nice to been treated better!
