I was very disappointed from the moment I tried to get my pizza. The lady who was cashing me out wasn't to friendly towards me. I said I had a coupon for 50 off she told me I needed to buy another pizza...trying to rush me into buying another I said no thank you. She told me it was $15 and some change. I pointed out that the coupon does say 1 pizza 1/2 off...she said that's not the coupon that's usually used. When she cashed me out it still came to $10(how is that half off?) So I called on my way home...which I don't live in caver and told them that. They just want to go back and forth with me and finally said.. what do you want..the dollar back?. Well I was done and this point and my pizza was on the burnt side...ugh. All they needed to do was apologize instead of me telling them that. I will not be going back anytime soon with not very nice customer service. To think I was excited to go there and drive all that way. They should treat there customers better. However, today my disappointment sank lower than Death Valley. I ordered a classic Hawaiian pizza, but gave SPECIFIC, DETAILED, CLEAR instructions, said as follows: pineapple and cheese only (NO ham) Not only did the delivery take over an hour, but the pizza I received was COMPLETELY covered in ham. There was ham under the cheese, in the cheese, on the cheese, and on the pineapple. I had no choice but to shake my head in disappointment and listen to the growling of my stomach, because with the wait from before, there’s NO way I would order a second za. In conclusion, there is nothing that could make up for the failure pizza, supplied by Georgio’s House Of Pizza. Read moreToday was my last time ordering from georgio’s pizza. After finding a huge hair wrapped around my steak tips, they didn’t seem very concerned with the matter. The owners responses was this rarely happens, well that didn’t console me at all lady. I think instead of making me a new order which I should have refused in the first place, they threw my steak in the grill, added more sauce, put my fries back in the frier, which you could totally tell when that happens and served me again with the same meal. It was too quick to be a new order. I obviously didn’t eat it and still got charged for it. Yes, she bought my drinks and said.
