Whoever was working the window and taking orders on sunday morning 9/3 had the worst customer service ive ever experienced. I've been working in fast food for over 4 years and her attitude was by far the worst. She was rude taking my familys order and then when i brought it up at the window she continued to be rude and slammed window in my face. I understand everyone has bad days but as a manager of a fast food restaurant myself her behavior is unacceptable and she should not be treating anyone like that especially people she does not know. Very rude I go there every day before work. But I'll make it a point to never give this establishment another dollar. I would go there and order for me and my workers mon- Fri . Worst cappuccino I've ever had and when I asked to have my coffee put in my reusable cup, the lady very rudely said "We can't put it in that" with no excuse as to why.

Most coffeeshops, Starbucks for example, give a discount when you bring in your own cup as it not only cuts down their costs, it's also environmentally friendly.
