I have been a customer for a handful of months now. The food is decent and the price is not bad. Their customer service and delivery service, on the other hand, is truly terrible. My first bad experience with Eatfitz happened 3 months ago when I received no notice that my order had been delivered to my door; Summer was in full effect and the food sat there for a couple of hours before I realized what had happened. I had to dispose of most of the meals but because it seemed a one time thing I didn’t make much of it after the company apologized. Last Sunday, however, I received a text message alerting me that the food I ordered on Friday would be delivered between 2:00 and 6:00 pm. When the food did not arrive, I decided to contact Eatfitz’s “customer service.” At first, the person who I spoke with said that they would investigate what had happened with my food and get back to me. After speaking with the delivery driver, they could not account for the order. Several hours later, still on Sunday, I was told that they did not know what had happened, so I would be issued a refund. It’s been almost 2 days now and neither the food nor the refund have arrived. I tried contacting the owner (Talles)—he replied to my Instagram message asking me to call him “when I could.” I did so throughout the day—3 times—leaving what are now unreturned voice messages. To make matters worse, I was told by my bank that the company hasn’t neither processed my payment nor have they refunded it, so I can’t dispute the charge that is being blocked in my credit card ($109,99). Either way, I cannot recommend a company that treats their customers with such disregard.

First week of meals and my husband and I are super excited to make this our weekly meal plan. Being two super busy adults with no little kids at home, not only is there no need to cook for a big family, but we don’t have the time. The meals have been super yummy & they were so fresh! Large portions too-at least for us (no complaints about that). So thankful to have found EatFitz! 🤩

I love Eatfitz! I work a lot and don’t have much time to meal prep. I work out 5-6 days/week. Before Eatfitz, I was eating what was convenient if I didn’t have time to cook-and of course that was a lot of unhealthy foods. I felt as if I was wasting time in the gym. I wasn’t meeting my fitness goals because we all know you can’t out train a bad diet!! I did a two day juice fast to reset and I’ve been ordering consistently from Eatfitz for a few weeks now. With consistent clean eating, exercise and increased water intake, I’ve lost 10lbs and I’m the road to gaining leaner muscle!

Ordering from Eatfitz is easy and convenient. I’m amazed at how responsive they are especially on a Sunday when they are overseeing food deliveries all over MA and RI, yet they are responding to my texts within minutes. Always.

There was once a billing issue because I made more than one attempt to submit my online order. I think it may have been the owner who took the time to speak with me over the phone to submit my order. He then followed back up with me during the week to make sure I wasn’t charged multiple times. I’m just amazed at how attentive they are despite the volume of customers they have. Been a customer for a while now and I'm very happy. I tried a similar company a few years ago (Plan It Eats) but while the food was good they constantly messed up the delivery and billing to the point where I got sick of them.

EatFitz has been nearly flawless and the one time I had a minor issue they took care of it perfectly. They take their customer service seriously.

They basically have two types of meals. There's the standard healthy stuff that comes with the assorted meals and you can customize exactly how you want. The quality of that stuff is very good but it's not fancy, the focus is on healthy eating.

Then they have the weekly special meals which are delicious but will have cheese and stuff that's designed to taste good more than be diet conscious.

So whether you're focused on weight loss or just having delicious meals delivered they have an option for you. I highly recommend EatFitz, I'm a very...
