Aside from the fact that most of their locations look like a shady strip club, they have rips in all the bed pillows, do not supply towels for you and there isn’t enough light to even see. It seems very unwelcoming and unhygienic. The prices seem great because they are a total rip off. In order to get the lowest price you have to sign into a 3-12 month period with them where you cannot cancel it or you will be fined. The beds are very weak to the point that you would need to buy a level 3 bed to even build up a base tan. One of their employees even told me that I shouldn't have gotten a level one, she never recommends them to people, because they do absolutely nothing to anyone's skin or tan anyone. The staff should probably do a better job of explaining these things to people who spend their money there. I bought a level one 3 month package, have been charged for 4 months now, and got no tan. I stopped going after the 1st month and spent more money on a different locations package to build up a tan before I went on vacation. I called and talked to a manager to beg for my money back and she said if I canceled that I would be charged more than the whole package cost so I might as well just keep it. I watched the video at home so I was ready. I asked the girl if I could have a towel for the floor and she said it was clean. I came out and the bottom of my feet were black. I waited 6 hours took a shower and I was streaked down my legs. I could not wear my open shoes, I had to wear black nylons to cover my streaked legs, and I had wear a longer dress. Monday @ 9 I spoke to a worker in the salon she saw my legs and the pictures I took of them and understood that I needed to speak to someone. I also knew I had to wait for the tan to go away to correct the mess. She promised her boss would call me. Tues spoke to the original worker. She also saw the problem and called the owner and texted her boss with my cell #. Still no answer. Friday I went back and spoke to the manager(who never called me), told her I wanted to cut my ties with the salon and I now wanted my money back. I purchased a 1 month level 2 membership which was reasonably priced & gave me access to both stand-up and a bed. Answered all my questions. Provided a free pair of eye protection. Beds were clean. Nice cozy vibes inside. I arrived with my 5yo child and was informed he couldn’t come into the room where the bed is due to possible UV exposure, but she helped me move a chair just outside the door to the room so he could be within earshot of Mom. She asked if he could have a lollipop even. When I was done, we scheduled an appointment for the following day. But, they also do accommodate walk-ins. 10/10.
