So this Chick-fil-A has recently reopened after renovation, but unfortunately for the worse.
Routinely get less than the full nugget amounts. This morning my kids 12 pc only had 11, but 2 of those were tiny bits of breading with little to no meat -- so really was a 9 pc.
They also no longer put out online pick up orders out for pickup. I understand that it is due to people just taking (stealing) other people's orders, but they now have no process for picking them up short of waiting in line.
There is no queue, no signage, nothing to streamline that process. This is the 3rd time in a row that I had to wait all way thru the main line and ask for my food.
To be clear, I only go to Chick-fil-A bc my kids crave it. But given the issues that keep getting worse, not better, I will do my best to limit the times we do.
Update 2 Jan 2025: Reduced to 1 star. Tried to order ahead for our 2 kids, clicked "I am here" button and went inside. People who came in after we did, waited in the full line, ordered, got their food while we were still there. Got attention of the owner/Mgr (I think he was called "coach") and informed him that it had been 20+ mins since we clicked here.
He tried to tell me that it was in queue, which I said would be impossible. He then basically walked away to deal with other issues. So I went to back of line, waited, and then got to cashier and told her of issue. She then tries to go explain to "coach", who frankly seemed almost addled with confusion. Eventually the young lady and coach go back and bring out the 2 meals we had ordered and indicated we were there for 25 mins earlier.
Would have been much quicker to just go wait in the line. Wish they would not offer a service they cannot provide. And can't wait for my kids to be grown so I don't have to go back to that crummy place. Several other people in line were laughing and all agreed that this is one of the worst Chick-fil-A...
Read moreWe placed a large order with this organization and the order came in wrong, when we ordered a medium platter and a small was entered and delivered, half my staff didn't get food. We called back to place another order for a medium tray, when I went to pick this up a small was there. I explained my frustration to the clerk and she insisted that I had it wrong, they made exactly what we ordered. The woman was quite rude however she corrected my order and I paid for the medium tray and even throw in some cookies, which was nice. Some time later I received a call from a gentleman and he asked what went on, I explained again and he told me that they made exactly what we ordered, insisting I was wrong, and then proceeded to say that I treated his employees wrong which he said was unnecessary. He told me to take my business elsewhere, No problem! All I did was voice my frustration in a professional manner, if I seemed a bit irritated, it's because I spent $150 and had to leave my office to fix it, once there I was virtually told I was wrong. I was respectful and didn't cause a scene Chick-fil-a is a Christian, being a Christian, Grace is an important tangible quality, and It was not shown there. Read moreI come in tonight and ordered a Cobb salad for $7.59. When I realized that it did not come with a soda, I asked the cashier to change my order to a simple sandwich combo. Who pays over $10 for a salad and soda at a fast food restaurant. They spent time over in the back trying to get the order cancelled in the kitchen before NATE, the store manager comes over. I told him what I wanted, he said he need to refund the entire original order which was already on my debit card as an authorization and then ring me up again with a new order. I asked him why he could not just refund me the difference. No reason given other than this is what I need to do. I told him the $8.20 Cobb salad order would stay on my debit card for a week with the authorization. Once again. No apologies. I told him to expect a 1-star rating, which I am doing. Once again. No apologies. We go get our seats and notice the tears in the seat coverings (attached). I will never go back to this store. They do not appreciate your business. THEY DON'T CARE!! The Harrison Avenue store is much better run and operated than what this store is...
