This was truly a terrible dinner experience. The food was poorly prepared, and the eel sushi contained bones that were not removed. What was most unacceptable was that we waited nearly 50 minutes from the time we placed our order until the food was finally served. We have never had to wait this long at any restaurant in this state. When we asked the server about the delay, not only did she refuse to offer any kind of compensation, but she also had a bad attitude. She stated that due to the large volume of takeout orders, “this is just how it is at our restaurant,” and even went so far as to say that if we wanted food served in 20–30 minutes, we should “go to a fast-food place.” In my opinion, if takeout orders are affecting the dine-in experience and causing delays, the correct response should be to increase kitchen staffing, not to deny compensation and speak to customers in a sarcastic tone. Additionally, the video security in the restaurant is inadequate, as I already pointed out. If you’re thinking about trying the sushi here, this is not a good choice. In summary, if you’re a regular customer who expects decent food, timely service, and a respectful attitude from staff, do not come to this restaurant.

We came here because we were in the area, and I remember going to a Red Bowl location many years ago and enjoying the food. We were seated immediately, and our server was Angel. The inside is beautiful with lovely furniture and decor. They have a lunch menu, where you choose an entree served with your choice of egg roll or vegetable spring roll, and steamed rice or fried rice. I ordered the chicken broccoli lunch, and my sister ordered the sesame chicken lunch. We both got egg rolls and steamed white rice. The meals were around $12 a piece, which was not bad for a sit-down meal. The egg rolls were average; it seemed that they were frozen and/or mass-manufactured. They came with a side of what seemed to be sweet and sour sauce, so that helped them a little bit. The chicken and broccoli were excellent. The sauce was a dark, rich, savory sauce that paired very well with the rice. The service was amazing, and Angel was very attentive. Overall, we had a really nice time here and especially enjoyed the lunch menu offerings due to their price point and portion sizes.

I love Asian food so much, and when I heard about this place with a wide variety of dishes, including sushi rolls, I knew I had to make it up here even though it was pouring outside. I’m so happy I did! It has zen decorations that make you feel relaxed. The lighting is soft, and the music is calming yet modern. For the appetizer, I ordered the Spring Roll and Bang Bang Shrimp. The Spring Roll was lightly fried, and the cabbage stuffing was fresh. The Bang Bang Shrimp was so good!! It was large portioned, so it was like eating a shrimp salad. It was light on my palate because the shrimp was medium-sized, gently dipped in the tempura batter, and they used fresh iceberg lettuce. For entrees, I ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken with Fried Rice and the Snow White Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll. The pineapple in thee Sweet & Sour chicken was ripe and would’ve been better if it wasn’t added. The Snow White Roll was cold and the imitation crab on top was chewy. For dessert, I ordered the Banana Spring Roll. The banana went bad, so it was bitter and sweet. Overall: 6.5/10

Been coming here a good amount for years and stopped over the past year. Decided to give it 1 more try tonight. First off the food is very good. I love the bourbon chicken and my wife loves the chicken fried rice. I also love the sesame chicken. So food is very good. The problem is the service. Its abysmal. We were seated to the right of the bar as you come in tonight and for 10 minutes no one came to give us water, take our order, say hey, check if we were alive. This is a problem in the back room as well. Finally we ust gave up and left. Even in the dining room you literally have to beg someone to get you a refill. I think they do this on purpose to save money on drink refills. Even though they are charging 3 bucks for a drink. My wife says its because they have waitresses doing some tables in the main zone and then 1 table in the zone to the right. So they never come to check on you because its not in their normal route. Someone just needs to handle the whole section and not have multiple people each get a table in that section. It's a shame, the food is very good. I like to eat out as I work from home so like to get out. I would love to frequent this place but the service drives me up the wall. Do yourself a favor, just get the food as takeout. You'll be happier. If you must, must eat in, don't get seated in the backroom and for heaven's sake don't get sat in the room to the right of the bar area. You will get the worst service you've ever encountered in your life. And be prepared to speak up and speak to anyone who works there to get...

Location. 2020 Boulderstone Way Cary NC. Server: Sandy Date: 1.28.2017 Time: 3:01 PM EST Bill: $15.09 Missing: $10 I literally had one of you servers by the name of Sandy ... (which isn't her real name ... as it is something else that I can't pronounce) magically $10 in cash from the tip/check tray disappeared. She turned her back and then told me my money, total amount, was not there and had the manager said I was lying. I had my mother and brother clearly notice me paying with cash with One $10 One $5 and One $1. I also had another One $20 but chose not to put the One $20 as I refused to leave such a tip over a bottle of Zinfandel. I have contacted the Charlotte location a few moments ago to try and have this resolved (because these establishments are franchised owned and dont have corporate contact information) This manager at this location was getting very loud with me in the restaurant and I kindly told him not to raise his voice at me as I am not doing that to him ...........!!!!!

Since my mother is the angel that she is she took it upon her self to tell me that God will take care of this and to leave it in his hands. So my mother paid for this bill with her card knowing this so called waitress "Sandy" said I didn't have $10 on that tray. I then told miss Sandy that God will handle this. I wrote more on their Facebook page a few hours ago and the already deleted my comment along with my photo for proof. It is sad to this happen and to know people are like this. They were...

My recent dining experience was unfortunately, one I'd rather forget. While I try to be understanding of occasional hiccups, the issues I encountered were simply unacceptable. The service was noticeably slow, and the quality of the food itself was disappointing. I was dining with 2 children and ended up having to ask for everything or get up and assist myself for what we needed (including kids chopsticks and the check) and there were only 2 other patrons in the restaurant. However, the most egregious offense occurred when I discovered a long, obvious hair on my plate. After pointing it out to the server, she removed the hair and, instead of addressing the issue, spoke with the manager. To my astonishment, they returned and the waitress stated that I simply didn't like the food. When I reiterated that there was a hair on the plate, they both feigned ignorance. The waitress's reaction was particularly dismissive, acting as if he hadn't seen the hair at all. She literally shrugged when I asked her did she not take it off of the plate. Even more shocking, despite this unsanitary and frankly disgusting experience, I was charged full price for the meal and told they couldn't comp anything because one roll was already free. This complete lack of accountability and disregard for basic hygiene standards leaves me no choice but to share my experience. Will not...
