I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I ordered from here because of all of the good reviews. We had a whirlwind of problems from the time we placed the order 12/06/19 to now 12/10/19.
When we placed our order it was online at 6:21pm. 7:20pm rolled around and we still didn’t have our pizza. I called the store and was told that the delivery drivers were behind. Which is understandable. Kevin arrived 20 minutes later with our cold pizzas. They were not even warm.
Fast forward to today, 12/10/19, I woke up and our bank put through the Dominos charge as permanent to $15.49 when our subtotal was $11.49. I tipped the driver $1 on the card and $4 in cash. Now it may seem ridiculous to be upset over $3 but that’s not the point. I’m not upset. I feel like I was taken advantage of which is why from now on I’ll be tipping online so it can’t be changed.
When I called the store a young lady answered but didn’t present her name. I asked if I could please speak to the store manager and she said it was her. She seemed unsure about everything so I don’t know if she’s new or maybe not a manager but I could hear her speaking to a gentleman in the background walking her through everything.
Why not just speak to me? Instead you put on this girl who has no idea what is going on or how to do anything. At first she was questioning me like I was somehow responsible for the extra $3 charge.
When it was time to hang up she didn’t even apologize once and just hung up the phone. No thank you, no have a good day, nothing.
This is very poor service coming from a location who is pretty highly rated. So I would like to speak to the owner about this because I feel like everything we went through I should have been fully refunded instead of being offered a credit...

Then, he was having trouble adding the items to the order. He said something very quick and left while I was tapping to pay my order. Then another girl came, and I told her I was waiting to pay the Marinara sauce that i had paid my order already. She said i had not paid and made me tap my card again this time with the extra items. I told another girl i didn't receive my first receipt. I paid again because I had not my phone with me at that moment to check my bank app. I went to get my phone and showed them two different charges with two different amounts, one after the other. The girl on the counter asked me to wait and come back to see if the transaction went through. I came back with the receipts, the same number order, and the different total amounts. I even showed them again that the charges were there. And they asked me to ask for a refund in my bank. When I arrived the phone was still ringing and the two short-staffed employees weren't even answering the phone. It took almost 2 minutes for an employee to acknowledge and ask for my order all the while the phone was ringing. I finally said "that is me on the phone and I've been on hold for 15 minutes." The employee shrugged and didn't even apologize. All they said was they were short-staffed. They took my order and unfortunately got the order wrong. I called back to complain to a manager and I did not speak to a manager but another employee. They offered to refire the pizza and I went back up there. They said it would be very quick and it would be pushed to the front of the line but when I got there I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to acknowledge me. The pizza was cold by that time.
