I visited during the Cary Night Market. I hate to give a low rating, but I believe improvement is needed. I placed a small order that should have been quick. However, the order took over 45 minutes, and I had to ask multiple times about its status. Additionally, numerous people who ordered after me received their orders before I did. It seems that handling the sequence of orders needs improvement. There was poor communication regarding how the orders were taken and distributed. Despite having a single-digit order number, I saw high double-digit orders being served before mine. Seriously underwhelming. My son wanted to get a cheese quesadilla without all the toppings. I asked how much to do that and was told $12. Since I felt that was a bit overpriced for tortillas and cheese I convinced my son to try a $7 walking taco since he saw the doritos on the truck. We ordered and told them sour cream, but no pico or guacamole. When we got the order there was no sour cream and it was covered in pico, so we took it back. They threw together another one (visibily annoyed that they had to fix an order) with barely any meat or sour cream. What a rip off. $7 for a $0.75 bag of chips and maybe an ounce of meat....
