My child and I tried to eat at this restaurant today 2/8/2025. We used to frequent this location and decided to go today because it’s been a while. Once seated the 1st waiter was nice, we received our drinks in no time. The problem is he never came back. Everyone that came after us were served and their orders were taken before us. After 15 minutes I flagged another server down and he just took our order even though he seemed aggravated. We ordered from the special valentines day menu that has the prices displayed. So you know exactly how much what you’re ordering cost. After 10 minutes the second waiter came back to point out the price of what I had just ordered to basically ask me can I afford it. I witnessed them take orders of plenty of people and I did not see him point out a price to them. I believe this place had went downhill. Me and my child are well kept. The only reason I received such poor service was because of biases! And it was blatant. Embarrassing to say the least. Not only did I have to beg for my order to taken, when it was supposed to be being cooked the waiter came back after 10 minutes to ask me can I afford it. Why would I order something I cannot afford?!. What would make them think I couldnt afford it? I saw the price before I ordered it. Needless to say I will never ever patronize this establishment again and I will be sure to spread the world. They are discriminatory. I have never experienced anything like this my while 5 years living in Apex and I have ate at every restaurant in this town. Better off...

We experienced HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on 1/24/2022! Not only did we wait OVER 15 minutes at the hostess desk, we had to walk to the back to finally get someone’s attention that we were dining there and waiting. There were only two guests in the entire restaurant which makes the waiting even more ridiculous. The woman asked how many and we stated three, she still only grabbed two menus walked away to a booth and threw the menus onto the table. We truly tried to ignore that disrespectful behavior but the waiter also added to the experience by spilling the melted cheese plate into lap, on my glass and onto the table (ONLY the cheese sauce was hot, the rest of our food was cold) when it arrived with not even an apology, leaving me to clean myself up as well as the table. I have never had such disgusting customer service for a bill that was WELL over $100! When I asked to speak to the manager, the waiter said “ He’s not here, One Hour.” After service like that why would we wait an addition hour to speak to a manager? I hope that manager sees this review so I can be contacted personally, as I will Never dine or recommend this...
