Panaderia Guadalajara — Restaurant in Cary

I recently purchased a cake from Panaderia Guadalajara for a birthday party, but was disappointed to find that it was full of mold when we opened it the next day. However, when I brought the issue to the attention of the store, they provided excellent customer service by promptly issuing a full refund and providing a complimentary replacement cake. Be careful when buying the large round pastries with cream cheese I guess it is? Some type of cheese. UPDATE -- The location changed owners. The bread is not the same anymore. The bread used to feel and taste fresh and would last for days, now it goes bad on the 3rd day. I love this panaderia. Their bread is so fresh and the owner is always nice...
