Grad party event: Sarah was very accommodating in the planning portion and helped me walk through what would be best for my venue. As a newbie, I had a lot of questions and she was always very responsive. We were able to pick out different food menus and everyone loved the food. We had sliders, potato salad, pretzel bites and wings. The pretzel bites were a huge hit along with the sliders. At one point we had to switch out fruit for veggies with our appetizers because we were going through the food faster than we thought but no one seemed to really notice. Also even though we had only scheduled for a certain amount of food, because we had more people come, they were able to accommodate to that seamlessly. I dealt with Amber on the day of the event and she also was very personable and was on top of everything. If you do decide on this venue if you don’t use their desserts, they will charge a small fee. Also, if using their projector, please note that it will work best with a non MAC computer. We did have a Lenovo that we used for our event along with a HDMI cable. From the start Sarah was awesome and handled all the details with professionalism and in a timely manor. Very responsive with any phone calls or emails before and after the event! Amber was our point of contact the day of the wedding and she was amazing to work with! The entire staff working that night were incredible! They were smiling, gracious and kind to all our guests and even swaying to the music as they served drinks and watched to clear away dirty dishes etc. Amber and the staff were very attentive to me as the host and had a constant eye on any needs I had or the bride and groom. Which even consisted of the brides bustle constantly needing to be fixed due to its original attachment tearing off during the reception. They grabbed the Bride Box and went to work. We held a scientific technical symposium for our organization at Watermark Country Club in September of 2023. It was a great experience. We felt taken care of with the friendly, prompt, respectful customer service. The team helped us put together the best menu for the day in a cost-effective way. Communication throughout the planning phase, as well as day of the event was great. They were clear with what they needed on their end, yet patient with our responses - no pushiness. The space was ideal for an event like this with plenty of space for moving about, quiet during presentations without distractions from other events happening, and easy parking. Additionally, they had audio/visual capabilities to allow all participants to hear and see presentations easily - which has been challenging for us to find included with some event venues.
