I sold my houses with them and I REGRET IT. First they said they would get me 40-50 thousand dollars over my asking price but they actually took 25 thousand off my home. Also they lied on the papers about how much percent I pay my realtor and the buyers realtor. First on the estate paper it was 3% and she put “negotiable” but on the final paper she didn’t even bring up 3% or anything. Also at the closing they were off by 7000 dollars.
