Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Casey

On 10-10-20 I stopped in the drive thru about 20 minutes before they closed... 2 young women working made a mistake on every item we ordered..... the cold sandwich was microwaved and the chili dog I ordered with no cheese came with cheese and a cold uncooked dog... the entire thing looked as if it was made of play dough.... the bun was crusty dry... the only reason they get 2 stars is because there was ice in the cokes... I will be back to the wonderful Casey but will no way even think about stopping in here... when I asked for my receipt as she handed out the order she slammed the window shut and walked away... I hope someone checks the cameras.... two thumbs down on this...

The food is fast food quality. I'll spare the breakdown. Normally I won't comment on run of the mill chains that everyone has been to. The service here, however, was amazing. I was greeted with a real smile, not the customer grimace half smile/half force your mouth together. I was asked how my meal was. I was spoken to on my way out and wished well. The interaction between employees was kind the entire time there. Everyone knew everyone, customers and employees. I'm sure being off the highway they get their share of people just passing through going from one large city to another like me, but it was refreshing seeing everyone treat each...

On 9/07/23 I visited at approx 8:05PM & had the BEST experience! They were ALL so so nice and kept making me laugh and I wish I could express how much needed that was after a very very tiring day!

Thank you to the great great staff that consistently made me laugh and smile while serving INCREDIBLE food!!

I'm amazed, this HAS to be the BEST Dairy Queen in the country!
