When me and my family have driven though the drive thru like always I ordered a grilled chicken breast and as the customer I had no idea apparently that it was not grilled. This is because other workers had the common since to know what item I was talking about. But today the worker asked if we would like grilled chicken strips and believing she thought it was called that which makes since we said yes. I get the sub only to find bits and piece of chicken. Now I have eaten at many food places and never have chicken strips meant many mini pieces of chicken.So we walk in and ask to return it she said no and said we ordered strips even though she never explained what āstripsā were. So we had to order a whole new sub without a discount even this had to be my worst experience at any subway and Iām disappointed on the worker that served me. The manager (who was making it) pulled my sandwich out of the toaster, and put it on the "meats" side. A different employee on break started making her own sandwich without a mask. I counted 4 coughs before my sandwich was moved away from her.
Due to this health concern, you won't find me coming back. I'd suggest the female with the nose ring gets a talking...

By the time she got to my order she had tears streaming down her face constantly wiping them so she could work.
