Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Casper

Disappointing birthday visit to Cold Stone, using a gift card on 6-23-21 at 3pm. My son, husband and I were greeted by an overflowing trash can outside the front door. We were the only customers there when we arrived. After starting my order, two employees searched for some coconut to finish my ice cream creation. The ice cream was left on the slab for at least 5 mins while they continued to look for coconut. After asking if the 3 of us were together, a call-ahead customer came in and was served while my husband still waited for them to start his order. Finally coconut was found, my order was finished but it was dripping as soon as they handed it to me. Nothing was said by the employees about the wait. An employee also kept tugging at his shirt with his gloved hand and then continued to serve ice cream. Poorly managed store, poor customer service and cleanliness. I’m sorry I still have a balance left on my gift card....

Ordered online for the first time. Showed up to pick up order. Strike #1 - 3 workers are standing around talking and no one says hello or anything. After a minute we have to say hey we’re here to pick up an order. Strike #2 - we are handed the order and everything is in a cup even though we ordered waffle cones and bowls. I say these are not right. One worker says oh we are out of bowls (he wasn’t even going to bother to tell me!) I said ok I paid extra for those can I get a refund? He said well the plain cones are the same price do you want some of those? That is not true at all - chocolate dipped is more than plain and bowls are more than cones but I didn’t waste my time arguing. Strike #3 - one of my kids got the tiniest portion of ice cream , it was literally like a free sample size. My other kid ordered the same size and his portion was normal. This rating is purely based off of customer service, which was horrible. My husband and I were served by a girl with dark hair and glasses. She was unbelievably rude. She kept talking to her coworkers about things unrelated to her work while serving us so she ended up forgetting what size my husband had asked for. Instead of fixing it or apologizing she just ended up putting the wrong bowl directly into the correct one. She was extremely rude as my husband was looking at toppings, she gave him no time to look and kept repeatedly asking him what he wanted. Her tone of voice was monotone and uninterested, as if we were bothering her. My husband and I began to feel like we were doing something wrong by even being there. She slammed my ice cream down on the counter hard enough to send it flying. We left there feeling really disappointed and upset. If she is there, we will never be...
