Will has no business being a manager. Ordered food for delivery and did not receive everything. Was told to contact door dash for the issue. We ordered our food through the little ceasers app. After the employee was rude to my wife and told her they didn't deliver Will got in the phone and persisted she needed to call door dash. Then I was told he wasn't going to help me. I went to the store and asked for my missing items or my money back and he persisted to call the police. Then he held onto my food in front of me and would not give it to me till the officer arrived. When they walked in he persisted to push my food across the counter and state that he was going give me my food and ask me to not return to his location. I said thank you and left. Thanks to a manager that has no business being a manager neither location will be getting my business. Clearly it does not matter to this location. If you order delivery from here through their app be prepared for pizza not cut correctly and missing items and then be told it's not their problem and to call door dash. It's worth the extra money to go to another pizza place that has customer service skills. Google makes you put at least one store other wise...
Read moreI try to avoid this store and I finally decide I'm in the mood for pizza so I send my spouse in we get home within 5 minutes and this pizza is hard as nails Like it sounds like your knocking on wood. My spouse sends me back within 5 minutes I explain my issue and the employee Dave says where did you get it...it's in a little Ceasars box..common sense says I would bring it back to where I got it not drive further to a different one. He grans it with attitude then I proceed to hear him slam it into the garbage which is in the back if that tells you how hard he did. He grabs another slams that on the counter rips open the box and gives me a look of disgust at this point I just want out and grab and go. I get home tell my spouse who immediately calls and is told he wasn't rude that I'm lying. Wow. Reading previous reviews I'm not the only one and couldn't believe I was treated as such over their mistake and to top off it was just as hard. Read moreStopped on my way home from work to grab some pizzas. NOT thinking about tonight being New Year's Eve and them possibly being slammed. I waited for about an hour after I placed my order. You may ask why would I give them 5 stars...well let me tell you. They busted their asses (pardon my language) to try and get everyone's orders out. The little guy at the register was definitely into overwhelmed emotions and feeling the sensory overload but he kept trying. Rude people, angry people, but he kept apologizing and trying to help in the make area when he wasn't needed up front. The people in the back were hustling as best they could. Between walk ins, phone calls, and online orders, I don't think an hour to wait on NEW YEAR'S EVE was a terrible time to wait at all. I felt bad for them having to deal with the ones who were angry and rude. Several of us started making jokes as we waited and that helped ease some of the tension for those waiting. Great job 2nd street team! Our pizzas were hot...
