We did one summer camp here and my son begged for more- we ended up doing all 3 camps they had available. They were expensive, but I don't feel overcharged, it was so worth it! The camps were so versatile too. My son came home with a lot more knowledge, they mixed up learning with playing outside (he's 6!), he did AMAZING at coding yet they still had time to go to the splash pad and even a celebratory pizza party on their dime. Read moreReally great place but the last time I was in there, there was what I thought to be some vagrant alcoholic roaming around waving a painted stick and rambling about “sickos”. I tried to alert the management but they just told me “dood leave him alone he’s autistic”. Later on I saw him at the tarantula display and the curator was nice enough to humor this profoundly mentally disabled man and let him handle the spiders. To his credit, despite his disheveled appearance he did smell really good and that is most definitely what’s up...
Read morePretty disappointed. I drove way out of my way to visit here and it was really disappointing. Fine place to take little kids, but teens and adults will probably not enjoy it. Hardly a science museum, very little history and very little beyond basic science.
