Galloway's Pub & Bowling alley — Restaurant in Casper

First of all I have come to expect horrible service from the Galloways employess, so here is yet another horrid experience due to the bar staff of spiteful, catty ladies. They have excellent Irish Nachos 60% of the time. The other 40% of the time they are awful and I almost suspect it has become intentional. Do not come here and expect even par service between 2-7pm any day of the week. Stood waiting for service at the bar to order food since not a one of them could take an order at our table. A group of 3-4 young men came in while we were already waiting and got served before anyone even acknowledged us. Food was made wrong and attitude from staff seemed to.not only be pent up but focused on me and my gorgeous girlfriend. I feel this place would be closed by niw if it werent for Wyoming Downs coming in and bringing people to fill the seats. The one star is the lowest option to place. I would uave fiven 0 if I could have. This place has rude, snotty, combative and just downright ugly people working for them. So many bad experiences i may have combined a few stories and confused a few of you. Just dont cone here to soend money on the bar side....

We had a little girls birthday party at this establishment and they offered us a discount on the phone. Upon the transaction of services they tried to avoid the discount and not honor it. This was so disappointing and I would not recommend this establishment as an honorable venue. The employee pictured was the individual who tried to call us a lier and was trying to over charge us for the services. We did however find a written note from another employee forcing his hand to honor the discount. This was not an excellent way to end our party. I do hope they fit this issue and begin to treat their customers...

Loved it! The bartenders were so friendly, especially Jen. She killed it!! Also so helpful when looking for drinks and food that were just right for me. Open late at night and drinks and food are good prices. Limited vegetarian options I had the pretzel and it wasn't bad for bar food late at night. It came with spicy nacho cheese, salt and butter. 5 drinks and 2 shots plus a meal for $30 was a bargain with even...
