Taco Bell — Restaurant in Casper

My total price for my order came up on the ordering screen,when I got to the window I was charged another price I asked the young lady why my total was different then what was shown and she couldn't give me a answer so I left and called and asked to speak with a manager and this guy got on the phone pretending to be the manager but said he's not allowed to give me his name,so I said well i'll just call back in the morning and speak with a manager then,so he proceeded to say well I'll just leave him a note and he'll just laugh at you. I am so sick and tired of the way customers service at places like taco bell respond to customers just trying to get clarification,hire some real customer oriented people to work and not a bunch of untrained people that have no interest in treating the customers that pay them to work there, I will never go back there and I'll make sure to let my friends and family know about it also. I don't go to Taco Bell very often but my husband wanted taco so I went. I went to the drive through and ordered for myself, so and husband. I got home and realized none of the food I ordered for myself was in the bag. I drove back down super irritated, went in and told them I didn't get some of the food I ordered and asked them to throw in a burrito on the house since I had to drive all the way back for the rest of my food. The young man at the counter Immediately apologized and got a manager. The manager apologized as well and said they would most definitely give me a burrito on the house and apologized. Another random employee that passed by the register also apologized. Wow what amazing customer service!!! If these employee's could get an adaboy from someone above them that would definately be deserved. My visit was tonight 2/24/19 at around 9:30pm!! Really, Taco Bell. Bring a classic back and treat it this way. Used to be my favorite. I've only been able to order it twice. This one was cold. The last one looked worse. but at least somewhat warm. Kicker. It's late at night when nobody is in line. It should be done right. Second pic was Feb 28th. By the time I ordered to drive up to the window. I got this. Plus they forgot stuff. Mind you. I was the only customer in line. Lobby was closed. Come home 3 minutes away to this and cold. I asked being a regular customer with other stuff. Excited to see it back. For a remake. Told no. That's hownitnis. It was un edible. Can we give negative stars somehow. Reached out politely to higher ups. No response. These were two different orders. Has anyone reached ou from TB. Nope!
