Sleep Number — Hotel in Casper

My husband and I went in this afternoon, looking for a new bed. Serenity instantly welcomed us in and inquired what we were looking for. Once I explained we had never tried a sleep number before, she took us over to their display model and helped us figure out our comfort level. She was extremely patient as we tested multiple styles and asked all of our questions. After we found our dream bed, we decided that we would wait and go discuss our options before committing to the purchase. Serenity was completely unphased by this, simply gave us her card and told us to call her when we made our decision. She was not pushy and did not try to manipulate us into buying the bed on the spot. After some discussion and impressed with her service, we returned and made the purchase. Rant sleep number here in Casper. We we're told we could return our whole bed set if we didn't like it within so many day's come to find out our frame couldn't be returned. They never stated to us it couldn't be returned. They told us we had so many days to return it so we called within those said days and tried to return it because we ended up not liking the bed it. They told us we couldn't return it and that they made sure that we knew that when we were signing. They never told us anything like that and now we are stuck with a bed frame we deffently do not like and a bill around 5,000. There was also another couple the same night and time we got our bed who got told the very same thing we were told WE COULD RETURN IT IF WE DIDN'T LIKE IT. Also please read your terms before you sign dont let them rush signing...

Good place to buy a bed. Had a 20 year old bed and it needed to be replace. Went in to see what they had to offer. Matt the sales man went through the sales pitch and did did a good job. I did buy a bed and so far we have not regretted it. We sleep better then I can remember from the old bed! Good people...
