My wife and I had went into AT&T where we were previously, and I got tired of either not getting help or them just out for money. Fast forward to today, we went into Verizon to see how much it would be to switch and all. We were greeted by very knowledgeable and fast Channing at this store and she helped us tremendously! It only took about 2 minutes for her to tell us if we switched, it would be about the same price we paid over at AT&T but with extra devices! We instantly switched and I didn’t have to set up anything! She did it all for us and was very helpful! Mind you it was getting very busy in the store and all of them stayed calm and collected. He spent hours on the phone with tech support, spanning 3 days. He stayed after closing two hours on Saturday night, and was basically forced to leave. He called an Assumption of Liability representative and was on the phone with that particular person for an exceedingly long period of time and they were of no help.
