I called here after visiting and getting some nice picks from a sister store. An employee saved 1 allocated bottle for me after a phone call Friday picked it up Friday Evening, Thank you that was great customer service. I stopped in early Saturday and got the business after inquiring about allocated bourbons. I pushed back a bit after getting treatment like a second class citizen for being from Montana. I explained I’m not that guy. I commented “I’ll buy it and open it here”. Never did I get a chance to speak to someone about allocations after 3 days of trying. The gal who lit into me realized I have Merit and pointed me in other directions on the barrel picks they have. I had picked up a couple of those at another sister store, but ended up purchasing a Tequila that said 100% Agave , I didn’t think that was possible I thought all were blended before being sold in the US. The Tequila is their barrel pick that was finished in a Buffalo Trace Barrel. Touché it is amazing I’m not a Tequila fan really, but I’d purchase another bottle before finishing off this one. John I spent over $1,200 at your stores I hope next time I will be able to double that. I enjoy beers too I have enjoyed the round the world Tour while enjoying Old Chicago Pizza. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the experience my friend, Troy, had while visiting your town. During his stay, he encountered an unfortunate situation that I believe was both inappropriate and unwarranted.

While patronizing your establishment as part of his backpacking journey, Troy was met with what I perceive to be unprofessional conduct from your staff, followed by a misunderstanding that led to police involvement. It appears that he may have been unfairly profiled due to a vagrancy issue unrelated to him, stemming from individuals behind your building. This situation caused unnecessary distress, and I believe it highlights an area where customer relations and community management could be greatly improved.

I am concerned that such incidents could contribute to an unfavorable perception of your town, possibly impacting future visitors' experiences. Ever since April left the customer service has left something to be desired. Steph has never once been helpful. She has been very rude including but not limited to watching people at the growler counter but refusing to help them, rolling her eyes at customer slushy orders, refusing to accept punch cards, and ignoring people in line. I’ve seen her go to the back of the line and help people instead of helping who was next. I’ve also witnessed people walking out due to her not wanting to help them.
