Wonderful House Restaurant — Restaurant in Casper

I don't know what kind of experience the negatives were referring to but here's mine: Wonderful House Restaurant has the freshest food in town. It hasn't been sitting under a buffet light for hours, nor is it frozen. They cook fresh which is healthier all the way around. I don't mind a bit of wait to take care of myself. The food is not full of meat that causes disease, and they will cook your favorite dish to your specifications regardless of the menu. The staff is courteous. I have been eating regularly there for more than a year ....and I have tried at least four other so called Chinese restaurants in the town which I have found to be less than clean, flavorless, and far too expensive. I enjoy Wonderful House Restaurant, because I like FRESH, FLAVORFUL and CLEAN food. Don't trust critics or praisers.....see...

This place used to be great, but it's definitely gone downhill in the past year. They seem to be using cheaper ingredients and changing many of their recipes for the worse. Their fried rice now is so light you can hardly tell it apart from white rice. The chicken they use for sweet and sour seems to be frozen and microwaved and is served with a reheated sauce that is so watered down it barely has any flavor (the same weak sauce they send with the crab rangoon). The service for pick up is pretty subpar and even rude and if you have it delivered they don't even include basics like plastic silverware. And they're only getting more expensive as their quality dips. I'm a long-time faithful customer, but I've placed my last...

Usually I love this place. However, tonight I went in with my sister around 6:30 and the experience was terrible. The waiter was flat out rude. After we had finished eating I put in an order to go. We sat and waited for almost an hour and nobody ever stopped by again. We ended up going up to the bar and asking about it and the guy at the bar hands me a bag that had been sitting on the counter for at least 45-50 minutes. I got it home and it was disgusting. There is no excuse for such terrible service. They weren't busy.. the servers sat at the end of the dining room leaning up against a bar just watching the room. I was so disappointed in the whole experience this time. I don't think...
