Subway — Restaurant in Casper

After ordering 17 sandwiches to feed our employees our order included 2 - 12" BLT's on wheat bread.

We received 2 - 12" bacon sandwiches without the lettuce and tomato.

We called the manager on duty and she informed us that their BLT's only come with bacon unless the customer requests lettuce and tomato.

That seems to be a bacon sandwich. The manager after arguing with me and stated that we both ordered incorrectly (she said we should have stated we wanted lettuce and tomato and they should have asked) she did state that they woul replace them on our next order and that we should specify that we want lettuce and tomato on our BLT's.

Of course the subway menu on line states there are three great ingredients on their BLT - bacon, lettuce and tomato.

One can only speculate what might happen if you order a BLT with avacado?!?!?!?!?

Their are several sandwich shops in town and pehaps we will venture out into the confusing world of acronymical sandwich...

Not happy with this store so tired of going there to get food and they out of everything because they getting ready to close at 7 even tho they say they open tell 9 this is bull shit of a store to do. U are to be open tell 9 then u are to be open tell 9 how are u to make money if u close early on a Friday night like really I have been a gm of a McDonalds and an arbys I don't care that u slow we advertise being open till a certain time you are open unless you have signs posted and you're closing early usually only for holidays. And it depends on the service you get because some of the workers there are really great they're awesome and some of them are too busy flirting with each other or hitting on the customers to even realize that there's other people...

Very poor service walked in and 3 people there one kid burned our bread some old women looked all high thought talking to her daughter was more important then the customers however:she thought complaining about a long day and still my families burned sandwich sat there while she walked in back then to other side of restaurant I asked the young kid do you always work by yourself he said yeah ..then made excuse for that lazy women about that they are behind on work like come on it was dead sandwich was lame stingy with veggies looked like all bread and nothing more the women knew I was upset so she try to offer free soda and chips we just said no thanks...
