Berry Blendz — Restaurant in Castle Rock

This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review, but the service at this Berry Blends was the worst experience I’ve ever been involved in. Some reddish brown hair gal who claims to be the manager was the rudest and most unwelcoming person I’ve met. The online says they were open until 8:00pm. We walked in at 5:54 and saw her yelling and stomping her feet in the back area. She proceeded to come up towards us rolling her eyes and giving major attitude. I then asked if the attitude was towards us and she proceeded to scream at us that it’s 5 mins before closing and she’s had a very busy day. She clearly didn’t want to help us and lost out on over $50 for her store. If I was the owner of this store I would be mortified to say the least, knowing that this woman works at my store. Needless to say we didn’t order and when asking for her name she wouldn’t provide it. I’m still baffled this morning that this happened to us last night. I normally would never walk in that close to closing time if I knew. However, I’m a very generous and giving person and if she would have served us I would have thrown a large tip showing our appreciation. This gal needs to be terminated and required to earn her...

Just went into this place to get a nice green drink decided between berry blends and two other places in the area, smoothie King and Whole Foods Market juice place all within five minute. waited in line only had one person making smoothies, and the cash register by the time it was my turn The young boy said they were out of half the ingredients for the drink I wanted or any other green drink on the menu! I said it would’ve been nice to know that instead of waiting here in line, you guys could’ve had a sign or something and he said, what do you want me to do. Put a sign up! So you don’t waste peoples time. You’re not the only place in the area. And have some empathy. He was sarcastic when he said sorry. I will never come back to this place again a time before this one, they didn’t use any gloves and it wasn’t the best blend too much lemon. So they have completely lost my business. Do not go to this location. There’s better options in the area. other Berry Blendz I haven’t had this issue with. I think they are independently owned and this one is just not doing very well. It shows online as well as the front of the store this location was open until 7 PM. We jumped off of the highway and came over here to get a healthy drink and upon arriving they were closing up the store?? There were three employees in the store and one of the girls working unlocked the front door and said that on “some days they just like to close early” and then gave me a confused look like this is something normal. If this is the case, you need to update your online hours to reflect this so people do not travel out of their way to come over to a store that opens/closes as the teenage employees feel.
