I love KFC! And food period.... but this location for some reason always tells me that there will be chicken wings in my bucket and when I go home there are none in the bucket. That frustrates me. So yes maybe the first is okay cause Iām thinking maybe they forgot but this would be my 6th or maybe 8th time there and no wings. Makes me disappointed. Especially when you spend a certain amount that you think you should be satisfied. I call the customer service for KFC and the lady that helps me is the kindest person. Thank you for your help. I mean I was glad I reported it and I donāt want no extra chicken but I want this issue to be fixed. I am waiting for the management to call me. But all in all I would say chicken is good. Quality of their service is still awful, chicken thighs looked like overnight leftovers, and tasted like anything but KFC original, I tried a bite and had to throw all rest away, garbage! Whatās worse? They changed my order to a more expensive one! The service guy would not admit it and manager who claimed as the owner came over accusing me of being too loud and this is all my fault! Ā Ā Ā Read moreA horrible experience with the staff that worked at the drive through. We arrived 15 minutes before closing, and they didn't have the stock to fulfil our requested order. Would not have been a problem, until they tried to charge us extra for the only cuts of chicken they did have. We made our point that this was their shortcoming and that we should not be charged for it. When we got home we discovered they decided to make their point by dishonestly short-changing us on a few items from our order that we had paid for and were never given. Avoid at all costs, the staff is rude and dishonest. I hope that management is able to retrain their staff, given it hurts...
