Villa Roma Pizza — Restaurant in California

The food here is pretty good. We have enjoyed pizza from here for some time now. Sadly today will be the last time we order from here. Service has usually been pretty good from here as well. Today was not the case. Today's order was simple, two large pizzas. One Cheese and one sausage and pepperoni with an order of wings and a Sprite. The order came in the usual time but was missing the order of wings. When I asked for the wings the delivery driver said that I did not order and wasn't charged for them. However that wasn't the case I did order the wings and it was read back to me to complete my order. Now everybody makes mistakes there's no problem there, however, the problem that I have is when you don't take ownership of your mistake and blame it on somebody else. I asked the driver for the rest of my order. He stood in front of me with the blank look on his face and said you didn't pay for it. The driver made no effort to try to fix the situation and as far as he was concerned it was done. Now I have two pizzas and house full of kids and not enough food. I ask the driver to fix the mistake and I'm told to reorder, and pay. I explained to the driver that since they made the mistake it should be them that fixed it and I shouldn't have to pay since I was going to have to wait to get the rest of the food. With reservation he left and went back to the Villa Roma Pizza. This is the best part and the reason why we won't be ordering from Villa Roma anymore. I get a return phone call from Brianna the original person that took our order. She just called to tell me that she's not honoring the wings it wasn't her fault and this was the stupidest thing she's ever heard and if I wanted to not order pizza from them anymore then that's fine with her. I'm not sure when it was considered okay to ever speak to a customer that way. Now my thought process is that Brianna just caused Villa Roma Pizza to lose a customer over 8 or $9 wings that she screwed up anyway. On top of not getting the order correct she finishes the transaction off with rude and disrespectful comments. We order pizza at least once a week and I will admit it's not always from the same place. I will say the last two weeks we have ordered the same thing from Villa Roma Pizza. Thank you Brianna for making our pizza list one name shorter. I'm not telling anybody to not order food from there but if you're talking to Brianna do yourself a favor do the due diligence and make sure she gets your order correct. Because if it's not correct you can be sure all you'll get excuses and rude comments. I can't speak for the rest of the employees but I can't say customer service is not Brianna...

I tried this place for the first time and I had their chicken kabob. It was good, but I had better kabobs than this and they need more to their rice and not just the chicken itself. The rice was just white basmati rice and just a green Indian sauce, which is not enough flavor. I would not come back here, because the prices are little expensive considering the portions they give you and the lack of the actual food that's not rice. It's a pizzeria and the non-pizza food is typical pizzeria portions, but they charge a regular restaurant price for it. Kind of a rip off...

Also, the guy working there was not wearing mask!! He was wearing the mask hanging on his ear only! This is very shameful considering that he is working with food! He made no attempt to put the mask on even...

Not sure on the food yet. Still waiting on it as I write this. Told me it would be ready in half an hour but it's been about 45 minutes and I am the only person here. But had to start the review now because I am amazed. The girl at the front desk didn't realize I was in the shop (Hi, yea, I heard you). A car pulled u pand she let out a groan and said, "argh, why do people keep showing up? That's so rude!" We made eye contact and then she went even further to the back.
