The worst customer service! On a Thursday, I Went through the drive-through and purchased a stuffed crust pepperoni and a sausage pizza. I understand the stuff cross takes a little extra time so they ask me to pull around to the front and they will bring me I pizza to my car within 10 to 15 minutes. Well 30 minutes later I go inside to see what the delay is and they don't even have my pizza ready. There were 2 other customers in there that had ordered their pizzas 45 minutes prior and had not received their items either. What they were doing is handing out the freshly made pizzas to the people that were in the drive-through instead of fulfilling the orders for the customers who were waiting. One customer asked to speak to the manager and was denied by the front clerk stating she was busy! There needs to be a better system at this location. To make it worse, there were customers walking in to place orders out of their hot and ready section and were given their pizzas on the spot despite people waiting for their items! Some items were the exact same items other people had already ordered! Highly disappointed in this location and their lack of organization. Read moreOur car is currently being repaired so we had to order food to be delivered. Ordered our favorite pizza via littlecaesars.com 2 pizzas and 1 two liter sierra mist. This is the photo the delivery person took of my 3 item order. That sticker on the box even says what items I had and a big number 3. We didn't get our 2 liter sierra mist. The delivery person says it wasn't given to them. called LC and they tried to say it was out of their hands and gave us the DD cust service number. The cust service person heard our story, transfers us to little caesars consumer reports line which after 40 minutes hasn't picked up so we left our phone # but, we won't hold our breath. This is an unacceptable way of dealing with minor mistakes, from our over 15 years experience as workers of the food service industry. The middle eastern lady who took my husband's call at LC should've apologized and taken care of the issue but, instead she placed blame on anyone else and dismissed a customer. Unprofessional and embarrassing, if I were the manager or owner I would not stand for this behavior. We won't be ordering from this location ever...
Read moreif i can give this place ZERO stars i would! went thru drive thru oct 21st at 8:18 mind you they don’t close till 10 . wanted to order 2 stuffed crust pizzas & cashier Ana i believe said “oh we only have 1” okaaay ? so what’s the problem to make another one when you still have a WHILE till you close ?! then while my husband corrected if he can have another one she never told him that we were good to pull up. just continued on her phone while being on the job WITH A CUSTOMER waiting, he then goes am I good ? then she shrugs YES . so we drove off to wait for our food to be ready . went to complain to manager which I NEVER DO but I had to this time because ANYTIME we come here EVERYONE who works here IS rude they ALL have no respect for customers!! I only come here being it’s close by, but If you’re not happy at a fast food restaurant DONT BOTHER WORKING there & go get another job where you don’t associate with customers & stay in a bubble with your phone .
