First of all, your missing a great opportunity by not offering popcorn chicken with Chilli and cheese. Its literally the greatest thing ever. With that stated, I know it's not a normal order. As your manager mentioned chicken is more expensive and I reiterated that price wasn't an issue. I specifically requested double extra Chilli and double extra cheese popcorn chicken filled in a xl coney bowel.
I got this. After I expressed my concerns to the manager all he was able to say is he can accommodate me by dumping it into a coney bowel ironically if THATS WHAT I WANTED.
Nevertheless I took it home and enjoyed my $12 little bowel filled with 5 popcorn chickens Xtra Chilli and cheese.
Please advise your managers that if a 20 year loyal customer is willing to pay the extra money for a specific request that wasn't going to make you go out of your way by any means.... to go through with it. It's no deal breaker and there's no need to prove a point. I'll definitely be eating there again so I would highly advise to make your customers feel a little appreciated as I usually leave $20 tips regardless of the price of my order.... I didn't like driving away from there without doing so...

Con: Service/food not up to par. Just utilized drive-through 5 min ago. The ordering speaker was way too soft/low volume (I turned off my vehicle and I still couldn't hear the employee). The employee (young lady) couldn't understand me at all. I had to yell each time. Not sure if her mic was cutting out as I was talking or vice-versa. I couldn't understand her. Had to repeat my order many times. Ordered 3 items: choc sundae, Reese's sundae and lemonade. The chocolate sundae came out with some syrup on top and barely any throughout rest of sundae. The lemonade tasted extremely sour - bad water/powder ratio? The worst was my Reese's waffle sundae. There was maybe half of one PB cup on top with a drop or two of choc syrup. The entire rest of the cone/sundae.....plain ice cream. Zero ability to make a quality product or have quality control. That's not worth the money spent. Buyer beware. Absolutely check on how they make it and procedures. Management....please go back and retrain your employees. Check on quality control and infrastructure. That's my last time going to this location. Hope the others...

It was the person that takes the orders so I thought he removed to take order. Then as we kept observing we saw 2 other employees without headsets and no mask. One of the employees was even chewing on a straw. So I asked to speak to a manager and a man by the name of Richard came out to speak to us. I asked if he was a manager and he replied he was a partner. I was like great he will be the person that can resolve this issue. Boy was I wrong, Richard sounded like he didnt really care about the mask. He assured me that all his employees were wearing mask. I said you can clearly see through the window that they were not. Richard stated he would handle the problem but to me he didn't really care. Now I see why the employees have 0 cares. I dont blame the employees I blame Richard for his lack of management skills.
