Being in the business we had to check out a local craft brewery. CVB did not disappoint.
We called ahead to make sure they had food and they have a pop-up food place called Kuma serving burgers and a salad. Perfect as that's exactly what we were looking for.
Most craft breweries are in a bit of industrial complex but we were from out of town and it was dark. Thankful for Google Maps to get us there.
There was a line upon arrival which is always a good sign. Most tables were filled already.
I love variety but our intent was not to get wasted so we decided to get a flight. I don't do IPA's and love sours and saisons. I chose Windfarm, Boys of Summer, Cucumbersome, and BerlinerWeisse. All were very tasty. My friend was looking for a wheat and the owner suggested a Honeydew beer that was not on the board that was made by a contest winnner at their facility. She said it was delicious.
Kuma is off to the side behind a wall and their menu changes weekly. I went with the Kuma Burger and the salad which we all shared. Wow! The Tricolore salad was a mix of arugula, radicchio and and endive in a lemon dressing. It was super deliciousand I recommend sharing it as we did as a nice side to your burger.
The Kuma burger was so delicious. All of the flavors came together nicely. Burger was perfectly cooked and was topped with bacon onion jam, sharp white cheddar and smoked garlic aioli. I can't say enough about this burger.
My friend got the In N Out Who? and it was was just as delicious.
Overall, great vibe, great beer choices, and Kuma is definitely a great addition for food. I highly recommend to check this place out!

Read moreDrove out to Coachella brewing and tried a flight of beers. Walked into a very cozy space with some very welcoming guy behind the counter. He is knowledgeable about the beers he sold and helpful with what I like to drink to offer the right beers for my flight. The one thing I wished was offered was light food, my understanding is that when they have entertainment there are food trucks that park outside on the street. Below are the beers that I tried. Take the drive out and have a flight!
When in Rome Italian Pilsner. Amberica amber ale. Watermelon blonde, blonde ale with watermelon. 1000 poms barrel aged imperial stout with...
Read moreExtremely pleased with this brewery: Most importantly, they're extremely welcoming. We came in a little early as we've never been here and they set up for us to take a look at the place and try some of their brews. Gave me and my fiancé a flight each of their recommended beers. The crew is extremely knowledgeable of the brews - the recommendations were incredible, beers were as described, and extremely flavorful. Brew master is indeed a master, keep up the good work! Rob and Chance (?) Were awesome. Definitely going back as our...
