Starbucks — Restaurant in Cathedral City

Good Morning,

I suspect this will be a revolving review as Starbucks tries to change its course. So, I believe they need the feedback of regular customers to help.

This may seem silly. I have a couple issues and one is minor. It's a neighborhood coffee shop. At least that what I think. I go for conversation sometimes, work on the computer away from the office other times or just to people watch. I go 3 to 5 times a week. I get the same drink every time nearly.

My issues are The music these days is too loud. I ask for a tall coffee with cream. --- Today I was told to get my own cream from the bar. I asked for it that was so i dont have to take off my lid touch a dirty cream jar, use my dirty had to put my lid back on that may not fit well the second time and have the new germs on my lid.

I pay $5 for this cup of joy at the store. I have Starbucks pods at my office. A varietyof them actually. I could pay .66 per cup if I wanted to make it my self. That includes cup, coffee, cream, water and a tad of electricity. Please dont tell me to get my own cream. If I wanted that I'd just ask for room for cream.

If I could give this place negative stars I would, one star is far too generous. Management is horrible here because the employees are beyond terrible. The drinks are always made wrong and the wait time here is ridiculous.

So I hate starbucks and I always go to dutch bros but my girlfriend likes starbucks so I come here to get her coffee. Last time I came here around 5:45 in the afternoon for a cold brew and nobody was inside or in the drive through. It's hot so I decided I'll use the drive through. I literally waited 26 minutes to get the cold brew and they even made it wrong. I was the only customer and not only did it take forever it was made wrong.

The employees here are painfully slow and stupid. Management is worse because they do nothing about it. Guys do yourself a favor and go to dutch bros. I live in rancho mirage and go out of my way everyday do drink their coffee. It's much better and the employees actually know what...

I'm happy this particular Starbucks opens earlier than some of the others that are close to me. Its right off of the freeway, close to different fast food chains and casino too. The workers are nice and not slow but not the fastest either. They have gotten better since they first opened, keep getting faster and thus far keep up with the demand that has now been established and continues to grow. I recently had an order completely wrong but I also saw a new face once I rolled up to the window so it makes sense lol. I'm so happy to have this Starbucks here and it's definitely now my favorite! Not sure how the outside area will work out since this is one of the cities with the most wind. Also not too sure of the address as I'm pretty sure it should be considered as "Thousand Palms" maybe even "Rancho Mirage" but definitely not...
