La Michoacana Factory — Restaurant in Cathedral City

I’ve been to other Michoacanas in the valley, but this one has been a let down time and time again. Went there at 6pm and was told there were no more bananas because they were put away and frozen already even though they closed much later. Tried again another day and the elote was cold. Not warm but cold. When pointing it out, was told that it is warming you just have to put pressure on the warmer machine button. ???? Not coming here again. Please just go to the other ones in the valley...

When we walked in, we were greeted by the most lovely woman with beautiful braids and pretty nails. She was new at the job but so helpful and charismatic! I wish I asked for her name to include in this review. The raspado machine didn't do a great job at crushing the ice evenly but their ice cream was delicious. Overall EXCELLENT customer service and delicious ice cream 😋 a little pricey...
