Should be less busy in the morning.. so I placed an order online thinking it was also gonna be a fast pick up while I took my break from work.. So I gave about 30-40minutes. (“To be safe” and faster pick up) Arriving to the parking, I called right away, gave my info and they said they were coming right out. It took ANOTHER 10+ whole minutes before I decided to call again- asking how much longer because I was about to cancel it. She said it had been ready “I’m coming right out”. I’m afraid of how much longer it would take if I didn’t call again! To remind them I was still sitting outside enjoying the nice 115 degree weather waiting for my damn food that showed to be ready almost 30 minutes ago. The food was COLD. I ordered 2 sets of chilaquiles to try each flavor. They were NOT good. The papas it came with were as they looked…. Distasteful!!! I do NOT recommend the “fast pick up” for food, NOR THE CHILAQUILES !!!!😫😷😷😷😷😷🤢 HORRIBLEEEE. Trashy looking AND flavor! I can’t believe how BAD the LOOKED and TASTED . The salsa was fantastic. Lots of great cilantro flavor. The ceviche was very nice. The beef tacos were disappointing - not much flavor, over-cooked beef. The fish tacos were small and not really seasoned... well cooked but nothing special. Anticipating that my kid would not like the tacos, I ordered the steak and shrimp combo platter with pasta thinking there would be something on there he would eat instead. The shrimp and pasta were surprisingly fantastic, almost perfect. The steak was probably the worst steak I've ever had in my life. I ordered medium rare and it came out mostly well done, with a sliver of pink on one end. It had almost no seasoning and was very difficult to cut through, let alone chew. A complete waste of meat. On the side was a small bowl of pork and beans, not a dish I typically enjoy, but this one was not sweet, the beans were not overcooked and mushy, and it had a nice chunk of bacon and ground pork that gave it a good meaty flavor. I ended up eating the whole bowl. I haven't had much Mexican food so the expansive menu was a bit overwhelming, and the waitress didn't offer any help which was frustrating. Rude old lady who can't do her make up and looks like a clown passing out Pick up orders. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for an order. Which the male employee told me he would bring me. So when she came out with the person's order next to me who pulled up 15 minutes after me. I said excuse me and she said 1 minute, sir. There's nothing about me that looks like a man.
