Santa Fe Restaurant — Restaurant in Cathedral City

My family and I love coming here for the delicious food. It's a nice place to go when you want a nice close to home cooked meal. Unfortunately there customer service is not always the best. We had 2 different people wait on our table. There was a confusion with the bill we had 2 bills rather than one. Letty was explaining we had an additional charge from the order to go which was fine. When I asked her if she can show my husband the bills so hes aware of what he needs to pay she rolled her eyes. Keep in mind this woman is an older woman to act so childish is beyond me. Then she felt the need to be derogatory toward me when I asked her if we are able to see a copy of the bill. She was making unnecessary comments to the staff around her explaining why would I want to see the bill. He was under the impression we were overcharged and just wanted to verify the accuracy. Time and time again we've recieved bad customer service based on how the staff felt rather than providing outstanding customer service. There were multiple times where we would also order to go so we could enjoy the delicious food minus the customer service but our order always seems to come incomplete. When we address the situation the staff gets upset. Great food!...

Great service and fresh seafood. Wifey and I were thinking of having a not so heavy dinner and fresh. We landed here at Santa Fe, we both have the shrimp cocktail with a couple of additions, mine shrimp plus octopus, wifey's shrimp octopus and avulon, everything was fresh, the octopus was very tender. We had a couple of their signature micheladas and they really hot the spot. Lately we had try micheladas along a few places and their michi mix sometimes it's to heavy and you can't really enjoy more than 1 because their mix is to thick. However here at Santa Fe, they flavorful and light not to heavy on the mix which makes you drink a few, also did I mention the michelada it's garnish with shrimp? They are!! Vacationing in Palm Springs with family. Service horribly late, waited 1:40 with only getting drinks after 1-hr, no ice, had to get up to get water, no chips, waitress had attitude, never checked in, I had to go get drinks and water for my grandkids, even after 1:40 of wait time, I asked how much longer and she never came back. I asked for a manager and no one was on site ??.. my kid told the waitress service was not ok, she answered back with an attitude ‘when you work in a restaurant, let me know’ she never apologized and she dared to confront a customer!!?.. we left, my entire family hungry.. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NEGLECT TO SERVE FOOD IN A TIMELY MANNER - WAY LATE...
