On 8/3/2020 I went into the store to exchange a drill I had purchased the day before. Unfortunately the battery would not charge. I chose a corded drill for the same price. When the cashier rang up the new drill I asked her to take off the 20% coupon as they had on the prior day. She asked me if i had the coupon with me. I told her i did not still have the coupon, but it showed on the receipt. She insisted she could not give me the discount on the exchange to make it an even exchange. She called the manager who also refused to honor my even exchange. She told me that if I did not have the actual coupon I could not get the discount. I tried in vain to explain that the cashier from the prior day took the coupon and this was simply an even exchange. She said this is store policy. This is crazy. Read moreThe store has low quality tools and equipment and the store is kept nice and clean but your staff lacks knowledge and customer service. I went in to return a defective drill tool and was greeted like a suspect like I was doing something wrong I still was in 90 day return period and was asked for my number by the 6ft Gentleman. When I gave the number he said no it's not in our system bal bla bla lies I asked for management she gave me a number to call I was automatically got the receipt by only giving my name I then go back inside to show receipt with the phone number I first provided. This location is prejudice without compare. When an employee is more concerned about stocking than helping a customer is sad and terrible. They care more about the store than the customer. That's not good service. I will...

I was just in your Cathedral City store to pick up a couple of items. There was a line for the cashier when a tall Hispanic male cashier came up to help. He called over the next person in line. After a couple of moments I went to change to his line. He snapped at me "Stay in one line, sir!" I patiently waited my turn. The rotation just turned out that I ended up at his register. When I said to him Don't you think the way you snapped at me was a little rude. He snapped back and said "It wasn't rude. I do it all the time." I said he needed to work on his manners and he laughed at me. I chose to leave and go buy my items from a Lowe's.
No discount on tools is worth the disrespect this man showed me.
What happened to the...
