Double Smoked Maple Bacon Old Fashion - $8
Inspired by our love of campfires, whiskey and bacon, this twist on an old favorite starts with Kentucky made MB Roland Dark fired Bourbon, fire, a log of white oak and maple syrup infused with bacon. The creation is a show in itself.
“Floyd” Tom Collins - $8
When local Floyd Collins was trapped in Sand Cave it was during prohibition (1929). To stay warm his brother Homer would bring him moonshine that eventually lead to him being banned from the rescue site. As family members we’re keeping the moonshine serving tradition alive with this concoction of Casey Jones Moonshine, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and a splash of soda.
Alpine Slide - $8
Like the roadside attraction itself, this mix of Coconut Rum, Blue Caracou, Sour, Pineapple and Sprite will have you coasting down a slippery slope full speed ahead. It’s fun, wild and a little dangerous. Hope you have good insurance.
Drunk Man’s Misery Shot - $6
Our take on the “Fat Man’s Misery” at Mammoth Cave, we have a mix that’s going to give you all the liquid courage you need to go digging around underground. Bulliet Rye, Lemon, sugar, egg whites garnished with a roasted cricket.
Bad Decision - $7
Sweet tea is the house wine of the south and every good southern woman knows that bad decisions make for the best stories. We keep it simple with sweet tea and vodka with a lemon.

So I was just in town for a day and thought it'd be a good idea to go have a drink. I was traveling alone so to prevent drinking and driving or something I walked from my hotel to get there. Walk was fine until I got into town there were some weird people outside of the bar that gave me uncomfortable looks and yelled some things. Im younger so maybe thats why idk. I got one beer and told the bartender of my experience on the way to the bar. I was slightly shaken up and since I wasn't from the same state maybe she thought I was underage or something, regardless, I got a beer. When I cashed out she charged me for a "bucket of beer" which was 14 dollars. I don't know if the intention was malicious, but that seemed like a crazy price for a beer. I just wanted to go back to my hotel and didnt want to argue, so I did. I gave this 3 stars because there was live music and generally it was friendly, just the way there didn't feel safe, and some creep was staring at me from across the bar. I am a male. Definitely go with a group of people then you'd probably have a...

The BEST bar I have EVER been to!!! I have travelled across the world producing events and we decided to have our staff after party following the Mammoth Cave Concert. The Lousiville Orchestra were treated to a bespoke cocktail menu, a live band (best I’ve heard!) and a courtyard for our musicians, staff and production team to celebrate our concert Yo-Yo Ma.

Leticia was a dream to work with and spoiled us all night!! Organized, professional, charismatic!!! Then Shannon and Misty brought the party all night long, even pulled our crew up to dance on the bar. Such an unforgettable experience and felt like we were with family. The energy was electric and that was all because these gals know how to throw a party.

We just adore this place! If you’re coming through Cave City, you better make sure you grab a drink from The Dive!!!!

Thank you all for everything!

Atmosphere 3stars. Bartender 5stars. Price 1star. Better off drinking anywhere but there..lol. maybe the regulars get better prices n better drinks. As to the owners obvious attempt at making me look like the bad person..#1 how old are you? #2 I drink maybe 3 times a year and never get drunk..I know my limits. #3 as I sat there a couple came in got drinks, discussed coming in later as they were staying at the campground. Your awesome bartender totally ignored them and what they were saying..yep, you so deserve more stars..after reading the owners attempt at making me look bad with her saying I'm an alcoholic( I might have 1-2drinks a year) ans who obviously didn't read my review cuz I said drink was good..could've said how rude bartender was to people who came in. But didnt..your reply says more about you being immature and spiteful.....

Exactly what a Dive bar should be. They've done a great job at preserving the history of the area... the Bar top is filled with local memorabilia and the walls have photos dating over 100 years old. This history and beer so cold ice is on the bottle makes it the coolest museum around. Community driven and it shows. Locals names are in plaques on the bar railing and they even have the ashes of one of their loyal customers behind the bar. Third places are the heart of any community and dive bars are great examples of that. Great drinks, great service, great atmosphere.

We came for the Yo Yo Ma concert and the after party with the Louisville Orchestra and production staff. The Dive has a huge outdoor music venue and the band was Ahhhhhhhhmazing! The staff was great and the specialty cocktail menu for the night was on clever...The YoYo Margarita had lavender and fresh lime, not something you would expect from a dive bar. Inside was a DJ so we jumped back and forth all night. It felt like two bars in one. Can't believe something like this exists in this town.

We were there for the Live music on New Years eve..We brought in the New Year there. The Mountain Rose is the bands name and played some awesome music. Band had to leave due to the police coming in which sucked. Staff was really nice and We still had a good date night. Pool tables are cool but the chalk board walls are amazing..
