Visited this bingo hall based on a recommendation.

Positives: The facility was clean, payouts seemed fair, and the caller maintained a good pace. The food looked decent, although I didn’t try it.

Areas for improvement: The non-smoking section wasn’t fully separated the door was left open and smoke carried over. Not sure closing it would have actually helped any either. New visitors may find it challenging to navigate—staff provided limited assistance when I mentioned it was my first time. Cellphone use during games (including speakerphone/video chat) was noticeable, and volunteers didn’t address it.

Overall, the experience may vary depending on familiarity...

The caller totally ignored me when I called bingo on a 300 dollar game. Everyone around me said I called bingo and one of the workers was standing there ready to read my card number. She said that I didn't get her attention but clearly I said it loud enough for everyone but her to hear. So she didn't let me call my bingo and gave the prize to someone else. This place was a complete joke and they definitely have there favorites and if your not in their group then you have no chance to win!!!!! This place is one of my worst experiences...

Lots of seating, great food options at the concessions, lots of games to win money. Only negative is the whole place is smoking. So it's very strong and hard to breathe. My eyes even burned after the first hour. There is a non smoking section, but it's in the open, so not sure how that's going to help any. Lol had a great time with friends anyway, and plan...
