Had a bad experience every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s. I figure once every 6 months I’ll try it again to see if it’s any different, since it’s right next to my house. Well, today is the absolute last time. Wait in line for an extremely long time at the drive thru before I get to the pay window. I’ll admit, much of that wasn’t their fault as a guy driving a huge work truck with a long trailer was in the drive thru. I ordered a Big Mac meal-large and a crispy chicken sandwich for later on in the day. I get to the pay window, it went smoothly. The pickup window is where the problems started. The lady at the window gave me, apparently, the wrong drink, and then told me to not drink that as I was starting to put the straw in the drink. She once again told me to not drink it and throw it out. I asked her if I could just hand it back to her as I’m not going to just throw out a drink in my car. She gives me my real drink, which is a Diet Coke where it’s half flat. After a minute, she asks me to pull forward and they’ll bring my meal out. Which happens every time at this McDonald’s. This time was strange in that no one else had to wait while I was there. So I pull up. I wait and wait and wait while 9-10 cars get their orders. Many with more stuff than I had ordered. Everyone. Eventually, another lady brings a bag and asks me what I ordered. I tell her. In the bag was the wrong order, so once again, I have to wait. Another car behind me gets their order and pulls away. The same lady comes out again to give me my order. I take the bag. She then proceeds to tell me that I “didn’t have to snatch the bag from her hand”. I then tell her about my long wait and experience to where she still angrily chastises me. I am incredibly angry. I was already angry. She tells me that she apologized to me when she brought the wrong first order. She did apologize in a very “whatever” type of way. When she brought it the 2nd time, I admit I probably did “snatch” the bag from her hand. Because there was no reaction or words coming out of her mouth. So we exchange some heated words and I just want to get out of there because I’m boiling. And as I drive away, she’s still ranting about me snatching the bag away. I drive off angrily. Just wanting to get home and cool off. I get home, go inside, and my order she gave me was wrong. Only I got one thing I actually ordered with the wrong chicken sandwich and a small order of fries. I admit I should’ve looked in the bag to check, which I normally do. But under the circumstances I was about to rage. And, in reality, I didn’t get all that I paid for, so they stole about a dollar from me. It’s all whatever. I don’t expect a refund. Or anything, really. And, ultimately, I should’ve known better, as every time this place has been horrible. Well, no more for me. I’ve never placed a Google review. This is the first time. I figure it’s better than to call and some lame apology from the sorry management. Or getting the nasty food for free. No, I thought it’d be better to share my last experience with possible future customers. I realize this review is pointless, and the corporation McDonald’s doesn’t really care about its franchises. And the franchise doesn’t care, because if it did, the service wouldn’t always be bad. But at least it gets it...
Read moreWent to this establishment @ 10:30 11/26/19 ordered a 10 pc nugget large meal, 2 20 pc nuggets and a #9, Asked for fries with no salt and you would think that since its 50 nuggets they would be cooked fresh, cause who has 50 nuggets ready to go at that time of night anyway..Got home and nuggets were old, fries were no where made fresh either. I called to speak to a manager and after she got on the phone I asked for her name..she said they are "trained" to not give their names. Yet the cashier's name and the GM name were on the receipt. Called to let them know about the poor quality of my order that was 30.00 of hard earned money and was told in order to replace the order I would have to speak to the GM. I called his # and no answer and no option to leave voicemail. I call back this afternoon and spoke with Manager Denise (Guess she must have been trained differently cause she had no problem giving me her name.) Only to be told that I would have to bring the fries and nuggets back in order to have the meal replaced. I don't understand why they would expect the food to be kept if it's not even good enough to eat. Had my order been prepared correctly I wouldn't have to drive back to get it AGAIN. Not only do I give you my money but, also am expected to drive back out there again to get food replaced. At that time of night I had no intrest in making a 2nd trip when if they had did their job correctly it wouldn't have been a problem. Evidently managers at that store have attitudes. We are in town for the week due to my niece graduating from basic training so, we were exhausted as it was already. Then to get dismissed and have them not take accountability for their poor judgement in serving poor quality food is just plain unacceptable. I gave it 1 star cause 0 is not an option. Save yourself the poor food quality and rude customer service. Thank God I'm from TEXAS and I don't have to deal with...
Read moreThe manager is an African American female who is rude to the highest degree, I placed my order not understanding the pricing and she was so rude and told me that what I was purchasing was $4.69 a piece and I needed to pay for them and just rudely walked away and left her daughter to take my money, at which time I refused and spoke with another manager named Joe, Joe and GM were in the lobby when this happened and I complained to them because this isn’t the first rude encounter that I’ve had with this same manager at this same restaurant. Previously I came by to get breakfast for my daughter on her way to school and the drive thru cashier shorted me $0.29 from my change and I asked about it and this same manager yelled out that someone needs to give me a dollar because I complained about my $0.29 change and the saddest part is, this same rude manager’s mother was standing there as well and she looked at me with disdain because I was complaining to the Store manager about her daughter, sad. And what’s most concerning is that the same rude manager’s daughter is standing there watching her mother disrespect someone older than both of them, so what precedent does that set in the mindset of that child as well as other employees, I will never as long as I live, patronize this particular establishment!!!...
