Drinks are always nicely made, however the service my kids and i received this afternoon was shocking, i had a mobile order as always, when i got to the window i asked for 2 whipped cream cups with oreo topping for my toddlers, the cashier came to the window and told me "those are for dogs, not kids, i can't make that for your kids" this made my kids cry, because although i understand people get these for their pets, they also get them for children, and children should be treated with love, not made to feel left out like she made my kids feel today, i also understand the topping is an extra charge, which i am fine paying for, money is not an issue for me, i just want my children to be able to order what they like, its not fair to give something like whipped cream to an animal, and then tell a child no. The manager eventually came to the window and made them the cups with topping, and i paid the charge for the topping, but the cashier did not apologize to my kids as she should have.
My normal location i visit is 2505 sunset blvd. They never have an issue giving my babies their whipped cream cups with topping, and i always pay the extra fee at the window, they are also very kind to my kids and always acknowledge them at the window. The manager at 2505 knows us very well as i am a daily loyal customer.
This location here i went to today however, is not kid friendly and needs to work on their staff, i will be reporting this discrimination to corporate during their buisness hours tomorrow, discrimination against children is not okay, and neither is being rude to...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with this new location, my Starbucks experience has been diminished due to the lack of customer service that I was provided by this location. I understand that this location does close at 7pm. Not 6:50! I arrived at 6:50pm, i was promoted by the drive through screen that the location was closed. I could not believe that they would close 10mins before the actual closing time. I proceed to drive up to the window, In a very bad way I'm told that they are closed. I tell the lady at the drive through that it's only 6:50pm not 7 just yet. She tells me they are closed and that's it. She didn't even have the decency of opening the window and treating me like a person and telling me that they where closed. I had to accept hand singles. This has never been the experience that I have received at any Starbuck location in our area. I have arrived right at closing before and have been provided service at the Lexington location as well as the original Cayce location. The higher price has always been offsetted by the positive experience that you receive at Starbucks. I am extremely let down by the lack of customer service that I was provided at this location. If closing early is the norm for this location, your times should be updated to reflect this. Not just because the staff want to hurry...
Read moreI don’t ever write reviews for Starbucks but I felt the urge to this morning…. This location has always been fabulous service & with nailing my drinks down everytime since they opened. This morning Sarah took my order and she was so friendly and she did take the time to inform me that the chocolate malt powder will be discontinued once it’s gone (I will no longer be able to get my favorite drink and I’m sad) but I loved that she did inform me. The line was on the longer end (7:15 am) but they’re so quick and efficient. By the time I ordered and pulled around to pay they were handing me my drink.
