Remi's Reel Em' Inn — Restaurant in Cecil

Will NEVER be comint back. Another customer lost. The server/bartender with all the tattoos and buzzed hair was extremely unprofessional and all out RUDE. Not to mention there was NO toilet paper whatsoever in the women's bathroom.

Apon arrival we got our menus and barley got time to decide our order. She made us feel rused when there were so many open seats and tables. She had no troubles taking shots, slamming her drinks, laughing it up and ignoring us.

She made a huge deal when we changed our mind on one of the items during ordering, scribbling aggressively, making faces while changing it, tried saying "they were in a rush", "were out of menus, I need them back" and stating things like "just tell me what you want, it's easier then me to list the cheese we have". Simple terms, she rushed us just to make us wait.

After waiting OVER 45 minutes for our food, we decided to get our bill for just the drinks and got ignored. We ended up going up to the bar twice because she was deliberately scanning past us. Once getting her attention she then told us they just started making our food and was quick to run to the kitchen before even giving us our bill. Bad experience after experience. Who ever said the bartenders were awesome must have been drunk. The burgers have no flavor, they HAD good pizza, until the pizza ovens were down for almost 2 months, they were burning the out side of the crust, now, well try again, 30 minutes, 30 minutes later, oh we haven't even started it yet. We've been real busy. There were 5 people in the whole bar. I guess it's back to Spirits in Gillette. I would give spirits 5 stars, if they didn't close the kitchen on Sundays at 5:30 pm. Moved to 3 stars. seems like they're trying to get their head out of their (/). The foods improving, we'll see about the bartenders..... Back to a one. And rightly deserved. An hour, yes a hour, for a pizza. The cheese was barley melted and it was cold to the touch. You let something like that come out of the kitchen, it doesn't show you don't care about your food quality, it proves...

the irresponsibility of the bartender named Sam that wouldn't take care of the puke in the men's bathroom when she said there's a second bathroom, that can be cleaned up by the cleanup crew in the morning so she didn't close the bathroom door putting a sign on it saying it was out of order nor did she mop up the puke, she was letting people go in their tracking the puke back out into the bar so I had to go in there after I informed her about it laid a bunch of paper toweling down on the puke and put a small garbage can in front of it so nobody would go further into the men's bathroom this all happened Saturday night I would say...
