We walked in and seated ourselves at high top in bar area because no one was at the front door. Wednesday March 12. Served our drinks within reasonable amount of time. Had to clarify our order twice with waitress because she didn’t write anything down.
Husband ordered thai chicken pizza as a calzone which he has asked for and received at least 5+ times. Waitress returned and said the kitchen couldn’t make what he requested.
Husband then ordered platter with potato skins, southwest rolls, and naked wings. He Asked twice, are wings naked. Yes was waitress reply. She asked our sauce request for which husband asked for buffalo and blue cheese.
I ordered small pizza with ‘steak’, fresh vegetables, sour cream and guacamole. Burnt edges all around. Pics provided.
Asked waitress why wings were delivered with buffalo sauce on them vs naked. He response was ‘oh, you ordered them with buffalo sauce and blue cheese on side.’ If our order had been written down or taken with any care, maybe it would have been right.
Food came out burnt, cold and dry at the same. My question to the management is, look at these pictures and read our story and tell me if you would have been happy with your ‘experience’. We have been repeat customers for years with college kids in town. And we will not be returning.
By the way, service may have also been better if waitress hadn’t been sitting at a round table with her back to us scanning her cell phone. Had to ask the bartender (who was actually working hard) to get us our bill.

Read moreNot good with allergies. I went there for a group event and two of my friends that have celiac disease and cannot eat anything containing gluten. Once we sat down we informed the waitress and asked for gluten-free options. She pointed them to the vegan menu and every item included gluten. She also said that they could make anything gluten-free on the menu, but when asked, they couldn't confirm they couldn't be cross-contaminated. I have worked in the restaurant industry for the past five years and know that most if not all restaurants have an allergy protocol in place for situations like this to ensure nothing would be cross contaminated, so we asked to speak to a manager. When he came over he told us that they would make sure that everything was safe for them. They both ordered salads to make it easy for the kitchen to make without cross contamination. One salad came out with a piece of bread on it and the waitress was then told that the person couldn't eat it anymore because it had touched gluten. The waitress then stormed off and returned with the same salad just without the bread on it and bread crumbs still on the plate. The other person found a tortilla chip in their salad as well. We asked for the manager once we saw this and informed them both dishes had been cross contaminated. He comped their bills which was the correct thing to do. The waitress throughout all of this was incredibly rude and dismissive. Both of my friends got reactions...
Read moreBeen here many times over the years... our favorite was always the mozzarella sticks. They used to be much bigger and more flavorful. And much cheaper. They now cost a lot more and you only get six little sticks. The cheese used to be hot n stringy but the last few times it's been harder and definitely not cooked correctly. We don't mind paying more for a better product but these have really gone down hill over the years in quality and the prices way up. I wish they would go back to the bigger ones where you got 5 but we're bigger and always cooked so well. Also the place could use wla face lift. The booth seats have tears and bathroom is out of date and normaly dirty. Service is usually good enough but could improve some. Pizza is ok about the same it's always been. Will return but won't be ordering the mozzarella sticks anymore as they cost about as much as a one topping pizza and the quality has...
