The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I watched the car Infront of me return a milkshake and the lady handed him cash back. I got to the window and watched the same employee open my burger, pick through the bun and patty (touching both with her bare fingers), rewrap it and throw it in the bag before bringing it to the window and asking for my payment. I said "Was that my food?" and she said "what?" and I responded "you just touched my food with no gloves on.". I was calm. I was not yelling or even angry, mostly hungry and disappointed. She immediately got loud and started screaming and clapping at me "MA'AM! WE DO NOT WEAR GLOVES UP HERE!!"....I calmly said "you know what..I'm good. Thank you." and before I could drive off, she screamed "THAT'S FINE! BYE!" and slammed the window as hard as she could. I parked my car and walked inside to speak to the manager. I was greeted by a different employee. I asked her to speak to the manager. She said "what do you need?" I again said I needed to speak to the manager. She said "The manager is busy and you were rude." I told her I was not rude, and that I needed to speak to the manger. This new employee says to someone on the other side of the cook line that was not within my line of vision that "this lady want to talk to a manager" and then looks at me and tells me I'm rude and the manager doesn't want to talk to me. I asked for the manager's name. She said she didn't have one. I grabbed a receipt I saw laying on the counter and headed to the door. She was screaming at me as I left "AIN'T NO NAME ON THERE! BYE! DON'T...

Ordered two chicken sandwiches and two fries. Asked for two small Oreo shakes. Was told they only come in medium. Asked if they could put one medium in two small cups. That was fine. Rang up two medium shakes. I explained I only need one shakes. The young man was apparently upset I corrected him as he said " man i can just take one off!" I said "I understand that. I'm just telling you I only need one in two small cups. I have two small children. They can't eat two medium shakes" he asked " you just want it in a cup?" At this point I'm understanding he doesn't want to bother with making a shake, let alone putting into two cups. So I say just forget the shakes. Young man happily replies "Okay sure thing"
However because of the rude exchange my passengers no longer want their food in fear of retaliation.
Waste of time.
Word to the young man, don't work in the service industry if you don't like serving people.
Word to future guests, don't expect to be served...
Read moreLong, long wait for my order yesterday which consisted of: One burger. I wasn't the only one waiting. The drive thru line was several cars long and there was a cluster of people inside waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Meanwhile, the "workers" were mostly standing around staring at one another while one person slowly put together the food.
Some of the orders ahead of mine were wrong and when one guy complained (he wanted two burgers and was given one burger, fries and drink) he was told, "This is the order you get". He complained further and they decided to fix it. He told them to take the fries back and the lady grouched at him, "That's free 'cause you complained." He said he didn't want them. She left them on his tray.
When I finally got my large, difficult order of one burger, it was cold and wet, like it'd been sitting around a while....
