I've been going to this caseys for some time now and never wanted to write a review because I know staffing has been an issue for a lot of places, however, between last night and today, I feel managment needs to know what's going on.
Last night, we ordered a large veggie pizza via the app. They call and tell us that they don't have spinach in the store, hey no problem. We get there as our pizza is coming out and watch the guy use the same pizza cutter, that has pepperoni stuck to it, used to cut our pizza. Gross, but we don't say anything. We get home, all the toppings are in the middle of the $23 pizza.
Fast forward this morning
I go to the ice coffee machine and check to see if anything is in it, as it rarely stocked. Mocha is empty but French vanilla is stocked, awesome. Grabbed a large cup, go to get ice, no ice in pop machine. Go to grab a lid, no LG lids in the store at all. So at this point I have a $5 cup of iced coffee with no lid and no ice and I have to drive across town to work with it. I swing by the hot case which is basically empty, no hash browns. I completely understand that this is in a busy location and things happen, but this store an undermanaged, hot mess and I won't be using it as my daily morning...

This Casey's has been riddled with challenges like gas availability, all the pumps stop working, or the inability to take payments. Things happen, I get it. But the latest fiasco at this location is the lack of fresh coffee for over 2 weeks...crickets...in the industry we call that a controlable, and it does beg the question when looking at everything as a whole if there were some things that could have been prevented with the other issues they've had. I just ordered a large pizza, two 8 piece boneless wings and an order of breadsticks for delivery. What arrived was the pizza, two orders of breadsticks and no wings. I have been trying to reach the store at 34th and 1st Ave Cedar Rapids IA for over 15 minutes now and keep getting the mess that the user is busy and then I get disconnected. I am upset because I paid $15 for wings and got a $5 order of breadsticks instead and cannot reach the store to rectify...
