Walked in at 8:54, and the worker was holding the door shut as we tried to walk in. We NEVER are ones to come to somewhere so late but had promised my sick mom some buster bars. A group had just walked out with cones, shakes as we got out of the car, and the worker says “Are our machines still on?” Ive worked in food for years and we’ve never been able to even turn any machine off till after close. They helped us as we only needed buster bars, but I have been coming to this Dairy Queen since I was little, at least a decade, and never experienced this. Me and my sister walked up to the door tonight around 8:54 as two people with blizzards were walking out. The door was being locked as I grabbed the handle, mind you, it was 5 minutes before they were supposed to close. Although I get it, it’s late and you wanna get home.

We called to tell them we were on the way because it was close to close time and asked for them to make our stuff as we were right down the street. They called back a minute later to tell us they couldn't make an over the phone order, understandable, could hear the owner in the background saying "tell them we are closed" pulled in before close time and they locked the doors on us.
