Subway — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

The service is poor and the staff don’t listen. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt and asked for the chicken to be warmed up before the whole sandwich is toasted. The associate did not understand this and asked several times, I continued to explain and then it was done wrong. She threw everything on the sandwich and appeared to be in quite a hurry despite me being the only customer. It appeared as if her boyfriend was outside and she was in a hurry to see him. I have had high schoolers make better sandwiches and pay better attention when being spoken to, but this lady in her mid 30’s was really struggling. As soon as she was done she went outside to see her boyfriend. My truck broke down this morning, it's -20°F or so and I spent half an hour with my insurance company trying to get it towed. I was unable to get it completely out of the way as it's over 7000 pounds and I am one Woman. These people weren't even open yet so I couldn't let them know what was up. Then I get a call from CRPD that these jerks had called already to have truck towed! And apparently they called right after I got out of the cold which otherwise would have killed me. So after that I called them and prayed they answered so I could get them to see reason, to my astonishment they answered and canceled the tow. But the fact they didn't even bother to come out if they were there when I was calling out for help and a man across the street did, and then they had the sack to try and have me...

On the way we had placed an online order. We arrived at like 8:03 and the time said 8:15 for pickup so we wanted to wait in the car but the two girls just kinda stared at us and weren’t working on our online. I went in because i wanted to tell them we were just an online order. I even said we just placed it. The girl with glasses was like we just got it after i had already said that. I could not believe how sloppy they (mainly the one with glasses) were making them. Let me not forget she had her mask at her chin the entire time! The other girl lifted hers but didn’t change her gloves afterwards. They don’t taste toasted whatsoever and are just so sloppy....
